Hey RG, IANALTG, but I don't believe any court has an obligation to help a per se or pro per party, especially the judge, although most I have seen in action are usually pretty fogiving of mistakes.
Many courts however have self help areas in their clerk's offices and on their websites.
The best bet might be to hire a local para legal to file papers and keep on top of things.
For Jimnj, a quiet title action is not a quit claim. A quit claim deed is simply a deed relinquishing any rights one might have in some property. Unlike a grant deed there is no warranty that any ownership interest is actually being deeded, only that what you own, if anything, is going to whoever you're deeding it to.
A quiet title action is a lawsuit that essentially declares to the world "I claim to own this piece of property. If you think you have a claim on it you best get your butt into court and prove it, because if you don't, your claims will be extinguished."
A qt suit is required to notify anyone with a known claim and to advertise for any unknowns.
Hydrocodone AND wine aren’t a good mix, Buckeye. But then, you most likely know that. I pretty much had to stop drinking vino for about six weeks this time two years ago. That hastened my urge to get off the pills...😎
Well the USA ladies got the fright of their lives today winning 2-1 against Spain. But it was tight all the way, and if they don't straighten out their backline play and goalie play, they won't beat France on Friday. In fact, it is looking more and more like a Germany v. France final.
Given the contempt that the players seem to have for their country (or at least their captain, and I don't hear any of her teammates disagreeing), I hope they do lose.
If you had watched it you may have drained your vodka allotment for the day. The backline better get their merdé together (it's in France:) or it will be a short stay in France.
JamesD,
Repino is the only one who doesn't honor the anthem but the person to blame most is Jill Ellis, the coach. Why make a dishonest-American player your captain? But she has done this twice. A black-eye. If they win the Cup, a big IF, they won't go to the WH because Trump won't invite them, which will set the MFM hair on fire. Good, because then they will have to point out why they were not invited.
Iggy, I know lawyers who could not have explained your 2:09 so clearly, concisely and accurately.

Buckeye, you probably know all of this. I'm not amom and don't play her on TV, but if you're taking hydrocodone/APAP, I think the fear isn't the hydrocodone part, it's the APAP (tylenol) part.
They commonly come in tabs with 325mg and 500mg APAP doses, and liver toxicity starts somewhere at 3000-4000mg which isn't too tough for people with your kind of usage to hit. Adding booze on top of that will have the expected (poor) effects.
My opinion is regardless of what nature gave you, what's going on in your brain and in your spirit shows on the outside and in how you care for yourself (or don't care.)
Been going through my museum collection, and it has dawned on me where Trump got his motivation to build hotels, resorts and golf courses: Rocco Forte and Trusthouse Holdings.

OL,
I once heard a judge say in open court most title insurance isn't worth the paper it's printed on. The problem as you know is title insurers pretty much always exclude any claims not recorded against a property, like unknown water rights and claimed easements, from the insurance and they also list and exclude anything recorded against the property.
So in practice the only thing you are actually insured against is something recorded against the property that the title company misses in its title search and mistakes the title company itself might make in the transfer.

True, and opiates can do that on their own.
Right after surgery I was on a morphine pump, push the button type.
They keep you hooked up so they can monitor and alarm on low respiration, low pulse, low oxygenation.
Of course the nasal cannula which also had the respiration sensor was junk, so it false alarmed all the time.

Darn! I took a nap and missed the first few minutes of Howie Carr. Hubby caught me up on the discussion about the pick-up driver who killed the bikers. He is an legal immigrant from the Ukraine. He has multiple (!) DUIs and other motor vehicle infractions. Mass.State Police found heroin residue in his house. After the accident and before returning to West Springfield he went to the beach! This is unbelievable! How did he have a driver's license, never mind a CDL?!
Oh no, Marlene! You were right about why we didn't hear anything about him. Just think - he could have taken off and been who knows where by now! What were they thinking?
Update on my fallen tree: I am meeting a furniture maker in an hour to look at it and see if a slab could be recovered and made into a table or maybe the top of a kitchen island.
The first estimate to move it was $1600 which doesn't include grinding anything - just cutting it up and pulling it out of the yard and into the woods behind the house. I'm getting two more estimates.
The pain I am dealing with now is so little and so infrequent, don't need much pain killer.
Before the surgery, if I walked at all, I would have bad pain that quickly became excruciating in a matter of 2-3 minutes.
I think I could have managed without the opiates at home after the surgery if I could take Ibuprofen, but it interferes with healing, bone grafts in particular, so it is verboten.

Jane that's what we all think (truck over the line), but has that been stated clearly by the police? The bikers were within 500' of their motel so I will worry until we see some fact-facts.
Jane,as Howie just said, there are so many questions. This guy is 23 years old and has a record going back six years. Maybe he didn't need a CDL for a pick-up,but with multiple DUIs,how did he still have a regular license?
I think justice will be served if he's put in a room with the Jarheads Motorcycle Club.
Jane I haven't heard anybody but me ask that question so maybe the "where" is settled. But the lack of clear reporting and graphics tickles my funny bone. Approaching their motel, if it was on the other side of the road, gives a defense lawyer options to argue. But we don't even know that from anything I have actually read.
Ever since Bill Clinton questioned the meaning of "is", I count on nuthin until the check clears the bank.

It's so hot we cancelled Happy Hour and maybe too hot to go back to the pool. And tomorrow it is supposed to be 6 million degrees hotter.
This is why I said I would never move to Florida. On a better note, it is very very rare - first time since I've been here.
Posted by: Jane | June 24, 2019 at 03:52 PM
Jane that's what we all think (truck over the line), but has that been stated clearly by the police? The bikers were within 500' of their motel so I will worry until we see some fact-facts.

"It's so hot we cancelled Happy Hour..."
FIRST operating rule of the Ledge. We NEVER cancel happy hour.
Posted by: Old Lurker | June 24, 2019 at 03:53 PM
Jane,as Howie just said, there are so many questions. This guy is 23 years old and has a record going back six years. Maybe he didn't need a CDL for a pick-up,but with multiple DUIs,how did he still have a regular license?
I think justice will be served if he's put in a room with the Jarheads Motorcycle Club.

OL,
I never thought that part was in dispute. I guess we will see.
I'm moving to the ledge.
Has the wedding happened?
Posted by: Jane | June 24, 2019 at 03:56 PM
Does anyone know the truck driver's name?
Posted by: Jane | June 24, 2019 at 03:59 PM
Jane I haven't heard anybody but me ask that question so maybe the "where" is settled. But the lack of clear reporting and graphics tickles my funny bone. Approaching their motel, if it was on the other side of the road, gives a defense lawyer options to argue. But we don't even know that from anything I have actually read.
Ever since Bill Clinton questioned the meaning of "is", I count on nuthin until the check clears the bank.
Yes, wedding was June 1 and was great success.
Posted by: Old Lurker | June 24, 2019 at 04:03 PM
Jane,his name is Volodomyr Zhovoskyy.

The Trump I though we elected would have fired that guy by lunch yesterday.
Posted by: Old Lurker | June 24, 2019 at 04:08 PM
Jane,
Yes. He is Ukranian. The name is up top on the thread.
We have ice towels that are drenched in ice water with a lavender scent. Available at two different stops on both courses. I have been known to go through 4 of them. Very odd no rain or thunderstorms coming out of Jane's region.
Great thing about Florida is you don't have to shovel sunshine.

*Volodymyr Zhukovskyy* Whatever.
Did this guy have a tox screen? Another question.
Posted by: Marlene | June 24, 2019 at 04:11 PM
OL,
Lot of ways to deal with high-level leakers, including making them unreliable to the media. This could have been a trap. Trump is not dumb.

Surely, it's all on the up and up...

Western Unions being cleaned out as migrants pass through one Texas city
Hundreds of asylum-seekers from Central Africa have arrived in San Antonio from the border over the past three weeks.

Chini said some of the people he has escorted wanted to withdraw a lot more money than the cost of a plane ticket.
“They’re getting money like you would not believe,” he said. “I went with a guy — he wants to withdraw $25,000.”

OL,
Someday I want to hear all about it. I bet it was wonderful.
I looked for the guy on facebook, there were 4 of them, (Imagine) but no one seemed right.
I'm mad for those bikers.
Posted by: Jane | June 24, 2019 at 04:17 PM
I'm listening to Howie, and FTR I finished paying off my student loans when I was 48.
Bernie can kiss my ass.

Jim Sunny, some of the Africans arriving in Portland (Maine) had $600-$2,000 in rolled $100 dollar bills. They have a good network of information, because they knew that Portland was good place to arrive.

Jack I know you are right in your 4:12 but I hope Trump knows that sometimes a big sticks gotta be used or others will doubt it even exists. In this climate his AG was arguably the single most important appointment he had to make after the election, and for him to say now that appointing Sessions was the biggest mistake of his presidency suggests that his Hard-ass CEO rep needs burnishing. This leak story plays more as inside DC when (some) supporters are tiring of "nuance".
Posted by: Old Lurker | June 24, 2019 at 04:30 PM
It doesn't take a genius, even a Congolese, to figure out where in the US to go to claim asylum status thanks to our MFM and their board of directors, the Democrat party.
That is why Portland both in Maine and Oregon are popular destinations.
We are so screwed as a country.
We still have part of the Antarctic but probably not for long.
Posted by: Jim Eagle | June 24, 2019 at 04:31 PM
OL, count me as one of those people who is rapidly tiring of nuance, not that I ever had much fondness for it.

"It appears to me that the ONLY person who has been paying attention to this money laundering and movement of money is President Trump."
The Chinese are interested, and active at all times, in the investigation of their citizens who illicitly move money from China to another country in hopes of catching corruptpcrats who accumulated money through influence esp Communist Party leadership positions.

Miss Marple
I would compare a mega church to a mall as far as security goes. We used to call my parent’s old church (converted from retail space) Our Lady of LaBell’s.
New York City is a whole other thing:
A car from the new Muslim Community Patrol has been spotted around the city, joining the Jewish enclave’s Shomrim and the Brooklyn Asian Safety Patrol among New York’s culture-specific security groups.

Prediction: AOC gets voted out of office next year.
Another prediction: that doesn’t mean we will have heard the last of her. Sadly.

Ship’s Log, The Bulwark: (Parody)
Me brain is what makes this bold Cap’n.
And only a wee bit I’m tapp’n!
A watery grave
I’d give all to stave
the Orange Scourge what’s ‘bout to happ’n!
Now Crew, I been ponderin’ Liz.
T’wern’t long since I thought her a fizz.
Bring rum for a cheer!
(She don’t manage beer)
And gin up a wave for the Ms!
I cast me an eye toward Sanders.
“Hard a port!” says I, as I panders,
Libs, please be a friend!
I needs a fair wind!
Me tack, it be raisin’ some danders!
“All hands now,” I’ll pipe aboard Biden!
Heave ho, and his lead I can widen.
Aye, he’s a true chump.
Just so, he ain’t Trump!
“Aweigh!” with the SS Poseidon!

A man is walking through Levallois-Perret Cemetery at midnight when he notices a light coming from a crypt. As he gets closer he sees a man furiously erasing a musical score by candlelight. He closes in and asks the man, “What in the world are you doing?”
“I’m un-Raveling,” the man replied.

Lili-beth,
You are outdoing yourself. Terrific

Jack - That furniture link is beautiful. The guy came and is very nice. He makes tables for board rooms as well as homes. Waiting now for his tree guy to cut into it to make sure it's solid. He thinks it's easily 140 years old.

I definitely need some pointers from JamesD on setting up dialogue.

Lili-beth,
Fabulous!!

I was hoping for deportations and closing the border.
Looks like neither will happen.
What can Congress accomplish in 2 weeks?
Disappointed in the delay .
Horowitz is twiddling his thumbs or on vacation.
Meanwhile perps get rich with book deals.
This is not justice or fair to the American people.

Lili-beth - Welcome back and it's wonderful!

If you say you are going to do something then you should do it.
Explain why if you decide not to follow through.
Make sure Congress feels the heat to resolve the situation.
Otherwise they think it is a free pass to bloviate and stall.
