Tulsi's got some strong points and is nuttier on other issues, but she's been around for awhile now and is anti-Dem establishment and about as authentically grassroots as is possible for a Dem. The fact that she went after Kamala, the Clinton pick, is not coincidental.
Of course I drove to a nearby park to walk this morning and had the radio on coming back. The radio station owned by the same people-cox-whose tv station was determined to drum up racism in the publix checkout line, informed everyone listening how well biden did, that he remained the frontrunner, and had an interview with the atl mayor ecstatic at his performance.
The reason for that is because the memos Comey wrote documenting his meetings with Trump were not officially classified until after the FBI took possession of them. Even then they were only categorized as Confidential which means whatever was in them was very minor. Barr probably knew if he indicted Comey he would get acquitted because everything Comey was accused of occurred before the memos were formally classified so you can’t accuse him of intentionally leaking classified material.
It's a minefield remember when he had Rosenstein fire Comey then Horowitz dispatch McCabe. I'm sure the dems seeded the DOJ with their people like col stuart in die hard 2, remember the ruckus over the dismissed us attys.
In that Center for Security Policy I linked on the previous page, the author felt that Antifa prosecutions should probably be done by state prosecutors, as the DOJ still has so many lefties sympathetic to the Antifa point of view and they would be reluctant to prosecute.
Probably the same for the DOJ. If you think "Orange Man Bad" are you going to want to go after Comey?
In this article, I see I wasn't wrong. You will not be able to turn left on my nearest major street, which is going to hurt businesses.
I also mentioned that these are double buses, which make them hard to turn. And now, this morning, one of the radio guys said that the buses are having trouble pulling up to the platforms.
I thought the #twoweeks hashtag was in reference to the ICE raids which were scheduled and then rescheduled for two weeks later. Can't keep up with the various hobby horses.
Trump rally tonight in Cincy. Timing is, as usual, perfect. Should be a lot of fun. And I could only stomach one beer during last night's screechfest so I have plenty left.
We had electric trolleys that ran hooked to overhead electric lines when I was a kid. I can remember following them and they scared me because they often shot off sparks whenever they turned a corner or went over a rough patch.
Those all disappeared in the 60's, though and the electric lines were torn down. These new electric buses are twice as big and will not easily turn corners. The city has invested a lot of money in this system, too.
This is supposed to be an express bus system, so you can only board at platforms that look like railway platforms. The buses will run on a designated lane which runs down the center of the street.
You can only turn left at designated intersections or designated U-turn sites. You will be ticketed if you cross the lane. I cannot imagine they notified businesses about this. It's no big deal for some, but for the diner and liquor store near me, it is really going to hurt their business.
I wrote to the Associated Press about AP promoting an agenda:
I expect such things as this from Jonathan Lemire — Conjecture. dramatic tension, conflation, misusing accusation as fact, misplaced editorial opinion, and manufactured news:
“raising the prospect of a 2020 presidential campaign increasingly fought along racial lines”
“incendiary tweets”
“attacks on a veteran African-American congressman and his predominantly black district
“Long accused of weaponizing race for political gain”
“escalated his harsh language”
“beginning with racist tweets”
“his criticism of the congresswomen of color”
I added, Lemire is not credible. He is among several writers AP has who carry an agenda. You can tell it is an agenda when the news has to be twisted to fit the preferred shape. Darlene Superville exercised her agenda with her Jamestown article.
“continued disparagement of a veteran black congressman and the majority-black district”
“ contrasted sharply with his stream of attacks against U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings”
I concluded that many ‘protests’ are staged to get the national media lens to focus on their political view. The Associated Press does a disservice to readers when, if it does report the protest, it fails to fully sift the issue down to its substance.
Is the alleged “disparagement” of the congressmen racially based as is implied by Superville, or is it that Cummings appears to have ignored the very real problems of his district to focus instead on getting Trump for his own political advancement or that of his party?
Comey is nuts, is an underhanded weasel and a pretentious, sanctimonious bean pole.
But I'm not exactly sure what he is supposed to be prosecuted for. He may have skated close to the line but is there an actual specific crime he committed?
I just subscribed to the Indianapolis Star again (Sunday only) due to the carrier coming to my door. He was a very polite and well-spoken black kid who was trying to work his way through school without debt and I am a sucker for that, plus he promised to leave the paper on the front porch instead of the mailbox.
I am going to be REALLY mad if that paper carries stories like that. I will be writing letters and calling, myself.
What documents, when, where, how?
We see a lot of rotten underhanded stuff and say "book em Dan-o". Problem is lots of underhanded rotten stuff is either legal or with a few careful qualifiers made legal.
In my opinion all of the stuff with the hoax is too hard for people to understand unless they have followed it from the get-go.
However, investigating major inner cities for robbing taxpayers blind and denying services to their citizens, THAT people will understand. Taking money from the Chinese for certain information, THAT people will understand.

The only possible way it is drained is from without, not within. And Trump's method of bashing the GOPe, appealing to the old fashioned middle of America and to Dem voters and minorities who have been abused by Dems for decades is the only feasible way forward on actually draining anything.
If and until a powerful enough coalition of Americans is created that understands how much wealth and freedom the Swamp has drained from us and demands it be taken back, all the perp walks in the world will accomplish approximately nothing.

I pick out this one black guy, sports fan, to randomly check & see if he followed Dem debate last night. Yes, he did. His comments? Booker is gay, Tulsi fried Kamala's ass, not feeling Biden at all, Kirsten get the hell out, probably voting for Warren or Marianne.

That cracked me up.
NEW: The Second Circuit comes out against a "two-tiered bail system" allowing wealthy defendants to fund their own bespoke, pre-trial jails, in the case of an accused money launderer.
Once again, the memos were not formally classified when Comey leaked details to the media. They did not get formally classified until after he was fired and he gave them to the FBI.
"Formally classified" means the documents were formally stamped "CONFIDENTIAL" on the header and footer of every page, the documents were assigned a document number and that document number was logged in a classified data registry so that property accountability and security measures could be established on the newly classified documents.
""Formally classified" means the documents were formally stamped "CONFIDENTIAL" on the header and footer of every page,..."
Tom, that's not how it works. Classified information is the responsibility of the creator to treat properly. It has NOTHING to do with having formal review and markings in place. That's a property of the proper formatting of a classified document, not of the classified information itself. Comey leaked classified information. Full stop.
Today I was able to dry & style my hair all by myself !!! Huge step!!!

Thanks, henry. Amazing it took having the commiecrats in charge of the House to get it done. There's where the ire should be focused for two squandered years.

Ha !!!!!!!!!!

That cracked me up.

NEW: The Second Circuit comes out against a "two-tiered bail system" allowing wealthy defendants to fund their own bespoke, pre-trial jails, in the case of an accused money launderer.
Makes Epstein's appeal even more remote.

Leaking of memos was a felony.
Comey surely leaked confidential info.

Full stop.
