The reason for that is because the memos Comey wrote documenting his meetings with Trump were not officially classified until after the FBI took possession of them. Even then they were only categorized as Confidential which means whatever was in them was very minor. Barr probably knew if he indicted Comey he would get acquitted because everything Comey was accused of occurred before the memos were formally classified so you can’t accuse him of intentionally leaking classified material.

We had electric trolleys that ran hooked to overhead electric lines when I was a kid. I can remember following them and they scared me because they often shot off sparks whenever they turned a corner or went over a rough patch.

Those all disappeared in the 60's, though and the electric lines were torn down. These new electric buses are twice as big and will not easily turn corners. The city has invested a lot of money in this system, too.

This is supposed to be an express bus system, so you can only board at platforms that look like railway platforms. The buses will run on a designated lane which runs down the center of the street.

You can only turn left at designated intersections or designated U-turn sites. You will be ticketed if you cross the lane. I cannot imagine they notified businesses about this. It's no big deal for some, but for the diner and liquor store near me, it is really going to hurt their business.

In my opinion all of the stuff with the hoax is too hard for people to understand unless they have followed it from the get-go.

However, investigating major inner cities for robbing taxpayers blind and denying services to their citizens, THAT people will understand. Taking money from the Chinese for certain information, THAT people will understand.

Counting on Barr or Trump being able to get justice from a rigged system that is being asked to unrig itself is probably not too reasonable.
That's why I have always said, even if you could get the Swamp to toss a couple of its denizens overboard the Swamp remains. Expecting the Swamp's own justice system to drain itself is unrealistic isn't it?
The only possible way it is drained is from without, not within. And Trump's method of bashing the GOPe, appealing to the old fashioned middle of America and to Dem voters and minorities who have been abused by Dems for decades is the only feasible way forward on actually draining anything.
If and until a powerful enough coalition of Americans is created that understands how much wealth and freedom the Swamp has drained from us and demands it be taken back, all the perp walks in the world will accomplish approximately nothing.
People properly laugh at some of the 4D nonsense and then turn around and think the rule of law can be imposed by the very Swamp that administers its own justice and that tossing a few of the thousands of reptiles that inhabit it will have some effect. It will have about as much effect as capturing a few pythons in Florida does. The rule of law and the Swamp cannot coexist. The Swamp controls the rule of law so the necessary pretext of reestablsihing the rule of law to eliminate the Swamp is unrealistic and as pie in the sky as 4d ever was.

Once again, the memos were not formally classified when Comey leaked details to the media. They did not get formally classified until after he was fired and he gave them to the FBI.
"Formally classified" means the documents were formally stamped "CONFIDENTIAL" on the header and footer of every page, the documents were assigned a document number and that document number was logged in a classified data registry so that property accountability and security measures could be established on the newly classified documents.

Tom, that's not how it works. Classified information is the responsibility of the creator to treat properly. It has NOTHING to do with having formal review and markings in place. That's a property of the proper formatting of a classified document, not of the classified information itself. Comey leaked classified information. Full stop.
