I said it the other day. DoJ/FBI, many state governments and pretty much every big city government is on the side of the thugs/progs/"resistance" and against us.
We've seen this demonstrated time after time after time since the 2016 election.
Thank you Prime Minster Abe for inviting me to address heads of State on the economic + national security imperative of economically empowering women globally. I am grateful for the opportunity to elevate this critical issue, which must remain at the heart of the G20 agenda.#WGDPpic.twitter.com/od2duBttnC

Stupid. They should have printed the census with the citizenship question, and sent black sharpies to delete if necessary. (And with the computerized version it's easy to delete the question later, easy to just leave the database column blank, etc.) As long as you supply the sharpies, it's left open for the future court ruling on the question.
We are 50/50 on good news and bad news these days:
Good: Acquittal of Eddie Gallagher
Bad: No citizenship question on census
Good: President Trump’s successful G-20 experience
Bad: House suing him for tax returns
Good:
Great 4th of July celebration in Washington courtesy of Trump administration
Bad: No Horowitz report or indictments from Dirham yet.
I agree re: lack of citizenship question on census. The squish Roberts believes the reasoning for the question is dubious, but it’s ok to ask how many shitters I have in my house.
Maryrose,
I thought you knew better than to post on topic. :)
The whole study is extremely interesting because it blows apart lots of leftist myths. The U.S. media scene is smogged by phony "narratives" about migrants, all contorted to benefit Democrat interests. This report provides clarity.
Clarity to whom? The people who care already know it and the people who don't care won't report it.
I would love to be in D.C. for the 4th celebration. My husband proposed to me on the 4th of July 1987 on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial! Even that year, the fireworks were amazing so I can only imagine how they will be this year.
Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, in a statement provided to Government Executive, said “I respect the Supreme Court but strongly disagree with its ruling regarding my decision to reinstate a citizenship question on the 2020 Census. The Census Bureau has started the process of printing the decennial questionnaires without the question. My focus, and that of the Bureau and the entire department is to conduct a complete and accurate census.”
Rapinoe supposedly had a hamstring problem. Christen Press subbed in for her and she is no slouch. Got a goal. The US Women's Team (as cocky as Donald Trump) said that their team--starters and reserves --were the two best teams in the World Cup. They just might be right.
But it was a hard fought game on both sides, and highly entertaining. I'm wondering just how black and blue Alex Morgan will be when the final game is played. The other teams have been using her for a punching bag. And Tobin Heath has had a magnificent tournament, but she finally wore out today.
I haven't been posting much due to having limited hand/ wrist/arm movement but after having 7 casts I finally have graduated to a soft brace. My next mode of treatment is a bone stimulator. Has anyone else had experience with such a device?
Perhaps there are other things going on we don't know about.
For example, if they changed the reasoning do you think that it wouldn't have been challenged? We are dealing here with nut cases which have armies of lawyers to tie things up, anyway.
However, I am not going to get in an argument with you. You hold your opinion, and I will keep my opinion to myself. Neither of us has any control over this, anyway.
Add an additional page to the census.
Not like Trump to give up the fight so easily.

Unlikely to tamp down the Brit's distress at the Ami's unruly behavior.

I’m tired of Dems like @aoc, @ilhanomar, and @rashidatlaib trying to undermine our republic and our national security. How about you? I’m running for Congress, CA-7. I’d love your support! #ca7
That Boston tortoise piece, jm excerpted in the other thread was choice category error. I suppose the koch's had their degree of obtuseness but another version of the institute for policy studies
This thread shows shots of the Trump-Kim meeting with translations of the North Korean commentary. Assuming they are accurate, the North Korean press seems more positive than ours.
Trouble for Team Mueller? As if. People light candles to his sainted name. And even if Republicans actually bestir themselves to ask him damning questions when he testifies, which is doubtful, he won’t answer them. He says he’s going to stick to the report — or some such formulation — which means he doesn’t plan to expand upon any subject not already covered in the document his team produced. Dems will pontificate, instead of asking meaningful questions, and GOPe, in full virtue signalling mode, will praise his measured approach in refusing to besmirch the President outright. I’ll be having cocktails on the Ledge when that hearing takes place, ‘cause I’ve been disappointed by our side too many times. It will be a pleasant surprise if anybody even manages to leave a mark. I still hold out hope when it comes to perp walking Comey, but I don’t think there’s a chance in hell of Mueller going down with the ship.
It's a new world. Cup.

Buzz Patterson
@BuzzPatterson
