Seven Dem hopefuls have qualified for the next debate. Three more look like and another three are, like Mets, clinging to what will prove to be a false hope.

Three other candidates are very close: The former housing secretary Julián Castro and the entrepreneur Andrew Yang have surpassed 130,000 donations and each have three of the four qualifying polls they need, while Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota has met the polling threshold and has about 120,000 donors.

Beyond them, only three candidates have even a single qualifying poll to their name: the impeachment activist Tom Steyer (2 polls), Representative Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii (1) and former Gov. John Hickenlooper of Colorado (1).

Yang and Castro had good nights at the debate so their poll numbers shouldn't go down. 10,000 new donors for Klobuchar? Should be easy. [So easy she announced Friday she is already there.]

As to Kristen Gillibrand, if her judgment is so poor she thought she could successfully misrepresent a dusty old op-ed to attack Joe Biden she deserves to be left behind.

A few of those 32 apply to the question, especially #2 and #7. The direct quotes from the judge and the defendant's lawyer sealed the deal for me. I think those direct quotes are so damning that Gohmert, Howie Carr, Rush, Hannity, Gatewaypundit, etc intentionally omitted mentioning them ( #11 of 32) which is why most everyone here, including me, was unaware of the real facts. I didn't have a definitive counter to Gohmert's narrative until I accidently stumbled upon the Globe article while looking for an article.

Now, he has signed a contract with a Major League Baseball team.

Patterson casually threw a 96-mph fastball at a Colorado Rockies game July 15, and on Thursday, the Oakland A's made his dream come true as the 23-year-old signed a contract with the club.

The backstory makes Patterson's journey even more epic.

He played high school baseball but never pursued it in college, but he started taking baseball seriously again last August. He originally caught the A's attention at a Nashville Sounds game (the team's Triple-A affiliate at the time) when he threw 96 mph there as well.

Facebook approached the Obama Campaign in 2008 offering their help and support. FaceBook was still in its infancy but very much ahead of the curve in data gathering and targeted advertising.
All this cool free connectivity and intermingling isn't free. Social media connectivity is the bait, it's what draws you in and opens you up. They give you all the cool bells and whistles to draw you into sharing everything you know, feel, or even want.
Zuckerberg brought that to Barry gave him full on access to it and Barry in 2008 began the change in how you run a campaign. The use of this data is what you would in fact call a civilian PsyOp.
It's no different that LBJ sending pallets of leaflets to be dropped north of the 17th parallel. FaceBook had developed a way to pinpoint the targeting like never before and the bigger the database got, the more participants that got involved, the better it got.

Instead dropping a leaflet in your neighborhood they could mail it to your home, or the next best thing, marry it to your smartphone. This is a powerful tool, and in the right hands, it could be weaponized to reach a planned outcome.

Kushner sought out Brad Parscale who had done a series of ads for real estate for the Trump organization back in 2011 & 2012, and but him in charge of the Digital Media strategy and they sent DJT down that escalator. It's literally that simple.
As Trump slugged it out with 16 other nominees and came out the guy. Up until that time there was a silent player in all of this and that was Bannon and the Company he co-founded with Robert Mercer, Cambridge Analytica.
They were all in with Team Cruz, and when he dropped out, they approached Trump with what they had and Parscale convinced Kushner and Lewandowski that this is what they needed to do and the direction they need to go.
Literally overnight it converged with Parscale's Trump fundraising and political advertising campaign based out of his little office in San Antonio Tx, nick named "Project Alamo", into a supercharged social media machine that could bulldoze the Billion dollar campaign machine.
On August 17, 2016, Bannon was appointed chief executive of Trump's presidential campaign after the Nomination is secured and the delegates made it official at the RNC.
Manafort was ballast and Bannon was driving the machine, Parscale moved FaceBook data managers literally inside his offices in Texas and they and CA took the digital fight to Hillary and concentrated their efforts on FaceBook with the explicit help of FaceBook.
Trump hired the right people to get a job done, and hired the people that knew how to beat the liberals at their own game, with the tools they developed. All this bullshit about Russians is a joke.
Hillary had 85% of the mainstream media in her pocket, she had the Obama administration spying on Trump and she still lost. She outspent Trump 3 to 1 and she still lost. She rigged her primaries and she still lost.
She did everything she could, including conspiring with UK players and the Ukraine, to try and beat Trump and lost. Russia was the excuse drummed up to cover up the illegal spying, and to try and delegitimize, a duly elected POTUS.
FaceBook & Google have turned your privacy and your data into a commodity worth more that crude oil. They sell that on a daily basis, it's what they do, it's the basis of their business model. Introducing people, connecting people, sharing pictures & thoughts is not profitable.
You know you're over the target when Twitter starts deleting your threads. That's why I backup everything always, it won't just go away that easy.
