Ignatz Ratzkiwatzki

It is possible with this field of stump headed, prissy storm troopers that Trump might even win reelection amid a recession.

Skinny clown Beatoff, will take NO-ONE'S AR-15, his threat is to use AR-15's and GOVERNMENT to take 2nd amendment rights away. FASCIST!!!

Beatoff would get his pansy ass kicked in any throw down.

Blame the Electoral College!

We know they won't be blaming the communists behind their platform.

That extended ski season in Australia is a harbinger for Northern Hemisphere winter approaching.

I hope my daughter gets this job she interviewed for today, as she can ride the new bus system downtown. The only trouble we would have is that in inclement weather I would have to drive her to the stop, but it's only 6 blocks.

MUCH better than trying to drive through snow or ice, plus she wouldn't have to pay for parking.
Repeated from the end of the last thread.

Hey, that UAW guy arrested for embezzlement made me think.

How much of that embezzled money went to the DNC?

It seems to me that the Planned Parenthood decision also keeps another pot of money out of democrat coffers.

I wonder how much of this is happening and we aren't paying attention. Trump also tweeted the huge amount of money illegal immigration and bad trade deals cost us.

I wonder if Mnuchin has been wearing a green eye shade and looking at the books.

I SO enjoy watching this administration!

Donald J. Trump
The two big Congressional wins in North Carolina on Tuesday, Dan Bishop and Greg Murphy, have reverberated all over the World. They showed a lot of people how strong the Republican Party is, and how well it is doing. 2020 is a big, and very important, Election. We will WIN!

Thanks, Ig!

In "transparency" I'd get rid of all the "sin" taxes too.

Alcohol, tobacco, fuel, etc.

They are regressive taxes that affect the poor and middle-class more than the rich.

Any social taxes meant to force behavioral norms should be extinguished.

Let's put sin taxes on bishops that are all down with the sodomites and transvestites. Separation of church and state, ha!

KK - Do you recommend the Emergen-C brand? According to their website, they have 8G. of carbs and 7g of sugar per 1000 so X5 would be WAY over my daily limit. Is there another one that doesn't have sugar? Thanks for the information!

jim nj

That was a spit-take for me. LOL.

jim nj

Whatever his reason for leaving that will have an impact on NYC and NY State tax revenues.

Government needs to butt out of about 95% of what it does.

This is an excerpt from a book by Thomas Haines. I remain firm in my position that the FBI is operating under its own standards, and is doing a lot of stuff we would not like if we knew.

Trump's still going to run an ad with Beto's quote, over and over again.

It's the perfect wedge issue. Because then the Dem nominee either has to ignore it (which lets the GOP grab all the gun voters) or challenge it.

Trump's response: "Do you reject what Beto said?"

If they clearly reject what Beto said, the base goes ballistic. If they don't, then the gun voters go GOP.

Win, win

Same goes with all the nutso quotes from the "Climate Change Debate." Run quote after quote in ads. "This is the Democrats."
"But, those people aren't the nominee!"
"So, do you reject their position?"

Their base isn't desperate enough to reject those positions, or to support politicians who explicitly reject those positions. Not in 2020.

Maybe in 2026, during Pence's first term, the Democrat base will get desperate enough to win that they'll be willing to bring back the DLC. But not next year.

Anything short of "Beto was wrong, it's perfectly acceptable to own an AR-15, and I will not support any efforts to take them away from owners" is an admission that Beto is telling the truth about the Democrats position.

That is going to make a smoking hot ad

James D.

MM, considering the appalling stuff the FBI does that we DO know about, the stuff that we don’t know about must be horrible beyond words.

(All nested among 200 other tabs always open.) Concurrently I have same combo open on Safari on iPhone where I do 95% of my JOM browsing. Maybe get bumped every 2-3 weeks. My login is strictly Typhus. Never ever close out a browser, although Opera has been crashing on me lately. Even relaunching from that with all tabs intact, doesn’t cause a logout.

UAW CORRUPT??? But but but, they are partners and owners of big AUTO. Bi-Barry is their friend.

Shocked am I!!

matt - deplore me if you must

My reaction to Julian Castro is that he very much reminds me of a certain third world dictator; either Chavez or Noriega. he has that same intensity and he don't like The Man. A true believer.

Corruption in the unions??? I'm shocked! Shocked I say!

8 years of Cronies R Us will be in the news as long as the DoJ isn't reclaimed by the apparatchiks.

Brooklandssf, 11:34 Well said!

Has anyone noticed what has been missing from all of the Democrat debates so far?

There has not been a single American flag on stage for all three debates

Not in Detroit

Not in Miami

And not last night in Houston

What country are they trying to represent?

I never thought about it that way, more just like they didn't want to antagonize any of their anti-American supporters.

However, I agree we cannot afford another 8 years of pro-jihadi stuff like we had under Obama.

Heard that College Admissions Slut Felicity Huffman is asking for house arrest and no prison time for her crime.

Prosecution said that would be tantamount to her "padding around her mansion waiting for curfew to end."

Throw the key away. If Martha got prizzin time, then Felicity should get some. Orange is the new black, hun.

I trued to post a picture of Sgt. Preston but my new edition of Firefox makes it almost impossible.

Frederick looks great in that Mountie outfit. My dad actually looked like Sgt. Preston when he was younger, right down to the mustache (not common in the 1950's).

A woman wakes up in the middle of the night and her husband's gone.

She goes into the hallway, and hears what sounds like crying.

She goes downstairs and finds her husband in tears on the couch.

"Honey, what's wrong?" she asks.

He says "Do you remember that night we were in the back of my pick up truck, and your father caught us, and said if I didn't marry you he'd see to it I'd get twenty years in jail?"

"Yes, of course I remember, Honey."

"Well...I was just thinking... I would have gotten out today."

She may be an obnoxious jerk. But I would MUCH rather see the people who took the bribes (and the university and gov’t officials above them who knew about it and looked the other way for years) go to prison than the people who paid the bribes.

And I think society would be a lot better off if we did that, too.

From the true conservative who understands conservatism better than all ofn you fake conservatives.

My friend Stu has a bang-up thread, the first in a series:

Thread: On Anthropogenic Global Warming, Climate Change (the supposedly bad kind caused by Mankind), and Other Hoaxes, Part I

(He has a degree in physical oceanography so he knows a bit about this stuff.)

She may be an obnoxious jerk

She's not even. She said:
I am pleading guilty to the charge brought against me by the United States Attorney's Office.
I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions.
I am ashamed of the pain I have caused my daughter, my family, my friends, my colleagues and the educational community. I want to apologize to them and, especially, I want to apologize to the students who work hard every day to get into college, and to their parents who make tremendous sacrifices to support their children and do so honestly.
My daughter knew absolutely nothing about my actions, and in my misguided and profoundly wrong way, I have betrayed her. This transgression toward her and the public I will carry for the rest of my life. My desire to help my daughter is no excuse to break the law or engage in dishonesty.

If that's not a sincere and non-obnoxious apology, it certainly gets an A for effort. Now the other actress, the Aunt Becky one, not only said "Anyone who could afford to do this would", but she pled not guilty and is trying to play the world's biggest victim. AFAIC, Aunt Becky should get 10 years, Felicity Huffman (who, as I understand it, only faces a month in jail anyway) can pad around her house until curfew is over.

Stephanie Nene Not Your Normal Granma

Kev, do you have any recommendations on a supplement for replacing all I'm losing? I'm drinking about 80 oz of water/fluids a day.

I'm taking hyaluronic acid and turmeric now to supplement and reduce inflammation.

You know they wouldn’t have been caught if they just went directly to the Advancement office and said “ here is X K’s of dollars for your scholarship fund by the way I have kid who love to attend USC....”.

Do we honestly believe they would be turned away?

Cool case described by the Pacific Legal Foundation here:

A guy who is a big soccer fan wanted vanity plates to read COYW. This is the slogan of his team. The team wears white shirts and the slogan is "Come On, You Whites". This was denied by the DMV. They deny a lot of stuff and the rules are fairly arbitrary. It's a case of needing to fit in with THEIR idea of community-conformity.

To be fair, the DMV wants to deny any plate that ref'ed a color (example: ZIN RED was denied to a red Zinfandel wine lover). Besides racial stuff, they also worry that gang colors could lead to outbreaks of violence.

But ask yourself: out of a thousand people, how many would notice and take offense at COYW? Our tax dollars, being spent ....

Includes Strzok talking about oconus lures.

Jack, the sorriest thing is that USC, while tough to get into (11% of applicants accepted), it's still a lot easier than Yale (6%) or Harvard (5%). The problem is that these actresses don't have kids who've bothered to apply themselves academically. But, sure, I think you're right; seems like the old-fashioned way would be to offer to chip in on the new planetarium or whatever.

Oh look at Mitt trying to appear woke by citing leftist arguments on the supposed "rich."
In Utah 181,300 households had a capital gains filing:
84% of these households made less than $200k per year
57% of these households made less than $100k per year
They are "rich"? https://t.co/6jotDbmsW7

i'm taking some high-priced Superfoods that are backed by some science that has worked for me.

they not only revitalize my red blood cell producing capacity, these provide the mineral complex that is essential to electrolyte balance.

one is a capsule-based formula. "Balance of Nature". the other is a green powder "Grown in America Superfood Organic". it is a great tasting formula that will have you craving it.

the science behind these two products is legit and the organic/non-gmo certification is important in keeping the toxic load from fruits and vegetables fresh to a minimum (you never know where fresh actually comes from these days).

i've been on both for 14 days now. clears brain fog and cuts cravings.

i have a 3rd formula which is a mix of Gundry's red and green supplements, a vanilla flavored plant protein meal replacement shake and a dehydrated green juice powder.....mix with fresh blueberries. i only need one solid meal per day.

no cravings.

the Himalayan salt is the ticket for getting a good band of mineral-base for electrolyte if you want an alternative to "waters."

i think Huffman perpetrated a fraud and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

i'm sick of rich fux being able to "apologize" (after taking acting classes) for their crimes, as if that is supposed to factor in on their punishment.

"Your honor, my client recognizes the damage she did...." Ya ya ya--- fuck you, Felicity. Somebody's kid got hosed so your dingbat daughter could get in.

imagine if Sha-nequa perped a fraud to get her kid into a swanky school.

who cares what the other criminals in this scandal are doing or trying to pull? each case on its merits.

complicit in committing fraud.... this aint over.
but it will be hidden from public view if these rich plix are not made examples of. talk about whack-a-mole. their crimes are everywhere.

"I am ashamed of the pain I have caused my daughter, my family, my friends, my colleagues and the educational community. I want to apologize to them and, especially, I want to apologize to the students who work hard every day to get into college, and to their parents who make tremendous sacrifices to support their children and do so honestly."

blee-blah-blee....lying sack of crap. Before they stroked that check to lube the transaction, did Felicia REFLECT on what she was doing? Or did she GET OFF on the sneaky way of using one's wealth?

After the crime is committed anybody's noggin can regret and feel shame. But what difference does it make? Putting on the big "Don't Hurt Me" button after the fact is bogus.

BTW, she said she'd accept the consequences of her deed. ya right. Confinement for at least a year. those a-holes should be glad i am not an officer of the court....and that Devil's Island closed long ago.

Mitt Romney doing pirouettes to remain relevant.

Great point brookland!

"If Martha got prizzin time, then Felicity should get some. "

Forget Martha! If Jane Doe or Sally simpleton would get prison time, so should the rich and famous. I'm fine with it only being a week. But she needs to be an example. (And the bribe takers should be charged too)

Agree. Why aren't they being charged? They are as guilty, if not more so!

i think Huffman perpetrated a fraud and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

"Prosecutors have recommended that Huffman, 56, spends one month in prison."

Seems rough, but you know how hard-ass those prosecutors can be.

blee-blah-blee....lying sack of crap.

How do you know?

Jane Doe & Sally Simpleton didn't have the money to proffer as bribes, so they're not charged. There's plenty of non-actress types who did participate, though, and they're all charged.

The Hill
Mike Pence: "There wasn't one single question in the debate last night about the economy -- not one single question."

Bribe takers perpetrated tax fraud, which might involve a bit more forensics, including the laproscope. Pre-chilled, I hope.

Thanks Kev! I switched to Pink Himalaya salt a while back and love it. Ordered the Balance of Nature and will add others in short order.

Restocking the kitchen with diabetic friendly staples costs a crap ton of $$. Eurithrytol(sp) almond flour, carb quick, coconut flour, etc. Plus the tupperware to store them in (this IS the south, so I prefer my food intake w/o additional protein IYKWIM ). Just Dayum!

All readings yesterday and today were below 350 so getting better!

Nice job Justin from Canada.

jim nj--I am concerned with ARTERIAL blood flow problems with the symptoms you describe, not venous. Which is EXTREMELY common in long-time smokers. Peripheral vascular disease.

You do NOT need venous ultrasound to evaluate this, which may be why it is denied, but ultrasound of femoral arteries, or doppler flow studies. I am concerned you are not getting enough blood flowing to your legs when you increase the amount of muscle oxygen consumption.

And yes, sometimes spinal stenosis is the cause too.

I don't think it's a some trace mineral problem, but a plumbing problem. And God bless vitamin C if all you need to do is take 5000mg a day to ream them open again! You may get diarrhea from that dose. if you do, just cut back to half, then increase.

Huffman got #twoweeks in jail.

The uniform alone and couple that with an 8 team dog sled?

Our local Mountie in Stephensville rode a damn horse and would come to our school to remind us to be good citizens because if you deviate “I’ll find you and jail you, eh?”
