Allow me to post a bit of double plus ungood anti-social and thoroughly deplorable opinion:
If the science is looked at honestly, it is quite easy to see that the "ozone hole" only "appeared" because a new satellite had been launched allowing measurements to be made in the southern polar regions. A theory was whipped up to explain why it had "just appeared", but in fact the data taken since suggests that it is a natural phenomena that has *always* been present, and that from time to time it grows larger or smaller due to natural conditions that man has nothing to do with.
Couple this observation with the fact that in the 80's, DuPont and other large manufacturers were losing their patents on freon and also on the designs of cheap refrigeration units that used simple coolants like that. Also note that the replacement materials and designs cost triple or quadruple what the original materials cost, and also had triple or quadruple the profit margins.
One might almost conclude that this is a massive con that has been running for over 40 years now.

Some people on that thread Melinda posted thought that @jack had locked the entire site so not only the target of O'Keefe but other CNN people could lock or scrub their accounts.
NBC News, however, reported “Justice Department officials have said [U.S. Attorney John] Durham has found something significant and critics should be careful.”
While there are multiple "something significant" possibilities, the one I think would be the most damaging is confirmation that during the Obama administration the government of Ukraine acted as a money laundering service and disseminated some of the $1+ billion in aid paid for by US taxpayers back into the coffers of Democrats and Deep State personnel.
Tom Servo's opinion on the ozone hole is sort of like my sister's curiosity about the sudden discovery that Darvon and Darvocet (non-addictive) coincided with the patenting of opiates.
She wants to know if the same corporation made both medicines.
Tom R, we can all conjure up happy scenarios for "something significant." However we are getting anonymous "Justice Department officials" so it all should be taken with a grain of salt (or silo as preferred).
I really think that would enrage the most voters. My daughter was ticked off at Biden and his son, even though she's a democrat, because she hates nepotism. Of course, she isn't supporting him but rather Elizabeth Warren, whom she thinks is honest and anti-big business. HA!

Rao Desu was a 50 percent owner in DVS Pharma Inc., (d/b/a Heights Pharmacy), a retail pharmacy in Piscataway. Darshna Desai was the other 50 percent owner and worked as the lead pharmacist. From April 2004 through November 2013, Desu conspired with Desai to conceal from the IRS the cash income that was earned by the pharmacy as part of a cash-skimming scheme. In particular, Desu’s relative, who assisted at times in the operation of several of Desu’s businesses, instructed Desai to separate the cash earned by Heights Pharmacy from other income received, remove a portion of the cash that was paid to Desai as cash salary, and then split the remainder in two, with one portion given to Desu and the other portion given to Desai.

It is a C=SPAN video. What is shows is Congresswoman Debbie Lesko asking 2 agents about those servers. One "couldn't speak to that" and then this weasel guy says that they got what they needed (after Lesko asked him if all he got was an image).
So no, they didn't get the servers but they were sure interested in giving the IMPRESSION that they had gotten them. Weaselly!
Outstanding! I've got some pics up at Zuckerbook including my new aviator (deliberate, not autocucumber). He played for 2 and a half hours and then sprinted to the merch table to shake hands and answer questions (he told me when I saw him as part of a Hightone Records group tour in the 90s it was the second time he'd played in town; the first opening for NRBQ). I had no idea he was such an awesome Fender bender; yow he can play de riffs. His current squeeze was with him so they only had to hide half the wimmenz!
One of the big mistakes the Indianapolis Star made was getting rid of the Teen Star. (I wrote for it when I was a high school senior.)
The Teen Star was a tabloid insert that carried stories from each of the local high schools, written by local high school students. They carried all sorts of stories except sports, and it was inserted in every Saturday paper through the school year. It probably got too big to manage since at one time we got up to 16 public high schools and 9 parochial and private schools here.
That is an idea that might work for a small town. It might help boost circulation because every parent and grandparent LOVES to see their child in the paper, or at least their names!
Speaking of gracious losers, Bob Dole has been a HUGE Trump supporter from the beginning. Reminding us (along with Huckabee) that happy warriors are where it's at.

Gillette's ad buy fiasco was pretty brutal, but it was an own goal by the advertising firm that designed, and sold to that PG Brand manager that exposed how out of touch the Ad company, and the exec who ok'd the buy, was from PG's consumers.
It's been remedied by PG internalizing it's media campaigns.
Why is that a big deal? PG used to be the largest single advertising buyer for Madison Ave.
Not anymore! Another donor base commits hari kiri.
To go along with Melinda's 12:30, the GOP Establishment/Never Trumpers have to comprehend the reality of what is going on. They have no electoral base anymore. If any of them support impeachment and conviction of Trump, then surely they know they have committed political suicide. That is one reason why I asked what skeletons are in Romney's closet that he is scared Trump will expose. The vibe I'm getting from the GOP Establishment & NeverTrumpers is that they are more scared of what Trump is going to expose than they are of a future where the Progressives gain full control of the US government.
Actions speak louder than words and my confirmation bias is screaming at me that the actions of the Democrats, Uniparty Establishment, Deep State, Swamp etc know that Trump is about to release the Barr/Durham/Horowitz kraken. None of them are acting like they are in a position of power and in control of the situation. Their actions reek of desperation.
isn't part of the coup ruse that it is in Schiff's committee which sets up the "national security" cloak of secrecy?

"The vibe I'm getting from the GOP Establishment & NeverTrumpers is that they are more scared of what Trump is going to expose than they are of a future where the Progressives gain full control of the US government."
i agree about the current vibe point. But until the Reckoning occurs at the hands of Trump, Romney has to protect his own ass from the Progtardo destruction machine. He has a lot to lose--- inside DC and out.
i agree. desperation is in the air and it smells like Pelosi Schiff.
possible late entrants to the race. Sherrod Brown?
LOL. That hoarse voiced goof and his fatassed bigmouth second wife went on the "Dignity of Work" campaign and barely drew flies. I'm sure next time will be much better!
So,I just returned from an appointment. While in the waiting room,I was treated on the TV screen to something called CBSN. The volume was off,but the captions were scrolling. What is interesting that I didn't need to hear a word the talking heads were saying. The facial expressions, smirks and raised eyebrows said it all. Geez, just when you thought CNN at the airport was bad, there is something else in the waiting rooms of America!
President Trump is well aware of leak dangers and keeps things close to his vest. In addition, he is a master of misdirection when he wants to be, hence certain tweets and comments.
Lindsey knows if he voted against Trump on impeachment that there would be a REAL lynching in South Carolina, and it wouldn't be some poor black guy, it would be one lily-white US senator!
I agree with you. Romney has had a panicky look on his face whenever I accidentally catch a glimpse of him. (I try to avoid it.) Almost like flop sweat.
Romney has to protect his own ass from the Progtardo destruction machine. He has a lot to lose--- inside DC and out.
I honestly don't think he does.
I think he considers the prog leadership (at least the respectable ones who wear suits, not the dirty rabble who don't know which fork to use with their salad course) to be his peers, and his friends. He sees them as respectable people who just want what's best for the country, who maybe disagree with him about exactly where the tax rate should be set, but other than that he doesn't have any issue with them, or with their desire to run our lives for us.
I don't care what Politico tries to pull, no one will ever, ever make Brennan a sympathetic figure to me. The man has "evil" written all over his face. He converted to Islam in Saudi Arabia and voted for a communist for president in the USA!!!
More trying to look like victims so when they get arrested they can pretend they are being persecuted.
MM, by definition anything in Politico should be assumed to be a lie serving the leftist agenda, and everyone who writes for it should be dismissed as a lying sack of garbage.
I had no idea he was such an awesome Fender bender; yow he can play de riffs. His current squeeze was with him so they only had to hide half the wimmenz!
Lol, glad he had "protection," he usually needs it. Yeah, he can play. Always a solid show although it's been awhile since I've seen him.
MM, I have been noticing an uptick in the meme about the "Right Wing Propaganda Machine" on multiple networks by multiple reporters and commentators.

Before I struggle to find a non-twitter video(my gadget won't play their vids) is the 11:35 post a legitimate "BOOM!!!!!" or is it another fake out?
My understanding has been that the FBI never had the server.

Weaselly!
So, where ARE the servers?

Cap'n, how was Dale Watson?
Outstanding! I've got some pics up at Zuckerbook including my new aviator (deliberate, not autocucumber). He played for 2 and a half hours and then sprinted to the merch table to shake hands and answer questions (he told me when I saw him as part of a Hightone Records group tour in the 90s it was the second time he'd played in town; the first opening for NRBQ). I had no idea he was such an awesome Fender bender; yow he can play de riffs. His current squeeze was with him so they only had to hide half the wimmenz!

sbwaters,
One of the big mistakes the Indianapolis Star made was getting rid of the Teen Star.

Bang spot on. When Huckabee was on Life, Liberty and Levin he looked relaxed and happy talking about his daughter's work at the time doing the pressers. That's the way Steve Hayes used to look before he jumped on the NT highway to perdition; now he looks like a miserable grump. Twitch your goatee if someone's threatening your family, Stevie boy, and we'll work something out.

I bet Hayes would be happier if he and his family were back in Milwaukee instead of that ill fated attempt to flee to Spain.

Their actions reek of desperation.

i agree about the current vibe point. But until the Reckoning occurs at the hands of Trump, Romney has to protect his own ass from the Progtardo destruction machine. He has a lot to lose--- inside DC and out.

Posted by: James D. | October 22, 2019 at 01:26 PM

I don't care what Politico tries to pull, no one will ever, ever make Brennan a sympathetic figure to me. The man has "evil" written all over his face. He converted to Islam in Saudi Arabia and voted for a communist for president in the USA!!!
