This Sondland testimony doesn't sound as bad as the headline but its not helpful for Trump.

The Club For Growth is not on the Romney band wagon.
News: Club for Growth going up with TV ads calling Romney a "Democrat secret asset" who is "'plotting to take down President Trump with impeachment"
. . . .
"Slick, slippery, stealthy: Mitt Romney had us fooled. Posing as Republican, he tried to infiltrate Trump's administration as Secretary of State," says the commercial, referring to the president's past consideration of Romney to be his secretary of state.
"Now his cover's blown - exposed by news reports as a Democrat secret asset," the ad's narrator says. "Sources say Romney's plotting to take down President Trump with impeachment."
The commercial concludes with a call to action.
"Tell Romney, quit colluding with Democrats on impeachment," the narrator says, as the senator's office phone number flashes on the screen.

Seems to me the flustered behavior of Pelosi, Schumer and Hoyer after their meeting yesterday between Trump indicates they were the ones who had a meltdown. The signal that caught my attention the most was when they mentioned Trump pointed out they were supporting the Communist Kurds (PKK faction) in Syria which they should be familiar with (or words to that effect).
Perhaps this is just the optimist in me clouding my judgment but to me I interpret that Communist comment of Trump's to be a sign that he is several chess moves ahead of them and the Democrats know Trump is on the offensive. How many rational 2020 voters will side with Trump once they learn that the Democrats (and a few neocon Republicans) are criticizing Trump for not protecting Communist terrorists in Syria?

An older couple was lying in bed one night. The husband was falling asleep, but the wife felt romantic and wanted to talk.
She said, "You used to hold my hand when we were courting."
Wearily he reached across, held her hand for a second, and tried to get back to sleep. A few moments later she said, "Then you used to kiss me."
Mildly irritated, he reached across, gave her a peck on the cheek and settled down to sleep.
Thirty seconds later she said. "Then you use to bite my neck."
"Angrily, he threw back the bed clothes and got out of bed."
"Where are you going?" she asked.
"To get my teeth!"

For the most part Yes thanks for asking. My vertigo problem appears to have been a combination of inner ear vestibular issues (BPPV) and visual. The BPPV part got resolved with physcial therapy and getting the microcrystals in the inner ear to go back where they are supposed to be. That took about 6 weeks to resolve and I haven't gotten dizzy from turning my head, bending over, etc for about a week now. The visual part still triggers from time to time and walking down hallways and thru cubicle farms in the office is what triggers it. Fortunately that goes away after a few minutes. What is still unknown is why I had a nonstop splitting headache for 4-5 weeks 24/7. That is the main reason I didn't post here as well as shunned pretty much everything politics related during that timeframe. Having a constant headache made me pretty irritable and for someone who tries to have a positive, optimistic outlook I figured it would be best to just chill out until I felt better.

Adam Schiff is accidently correct.
https://thehill.com/homenews/house/466327-schiff-mulvaney-comments-on-ukraine-aid-have-made-things-much-much-worse
“I think Mr. Mulvaney’s acknowledgment means that things have gone from very, very bad to much, much worse,”
That is a correct assessment for the future of those Democrats who were involved in the corruption surrounding the 2016 election. Trump's phone call to the Ukrainian president is one of the best political gambits of his presidency. He killed two birds with one stone by bringing attention to both the personal corruption of Joe and Hunter Biden as well as the Democrat's collusion with Ukraine during the 2016 election. The real kicker though is who else besides Biden did the Ukrainian government engage in quid pro quo deals with? How much of the billion dollars in US taxpayer money sent to Ukraine as foreign aid got moneylaundered and sent directly right back to the coffers of US politicians via campaign contributions, donations to foundations etc?
