Big Brexit votes today. The showrunners have delivered plenty of plot twists but still... it should have been wrapped up a while ago.
Much closer to home, coming down the tracks are:
an impeachment trial, or something, in the Senate (Cocaine Mitch sees impeachment by Thanksgiving).
AND
the Barr/Durham 'Crossfire Hurricane' investigation gets some 'bury it on Saturday' pixels.

By the way we were in CA last week. Weather was just perfect. The outage for over 36 hours was not.

The harvested votes would not be “inactive” voters, thus not to be purged. Fraudulent voters are active. Seems an empty victory.

If the thread I posted earlier is correct, the dems want to avoid an impeachment trial in the Senate, where all sorts of ugly things would be brought to light and where our Reality TV president would be the master of showmanship.
In my opinion a fair number of GOP officials and hangers-on, including those who hang around National Review, would also like to avoid a trial, for the exact same reasons. Look at what we have ALREADY discovered about so many of these people!
Therefore, it would not surprise me if National Review is mounting a scare campaign in order to get Trump to resign and go away, like Nixon retiring to San Clemente, and nice safe Mike Pence to take over. (This would involve all sorts of further treachery, including arresting Trump and his children as private citizens and forcing Pence out in favor of whoever is Speaker).
Trump isn't going to be gracious and leave, however. Furthermore, I am not going to allow those creeps at National Review to scare me into withdrawing my support. I well remember that "Against Trump" issue, and any support they are currently giving him is simply because they need subscribers and invitations to White House parties.

Kev,
They are counting on the media, Silicon Valley, Hollywood, and academia to support them and convince average people that despite their support for the President, most "informed" people think he should be removed. The reason is because the corruption is SO horrible that people are going to demand trials and punishment.
They have underestimated President Trump and the American people. The rallies are going to get bigger. More people are deserting the papers and TV news and getting their information from the internet. People are unafraid to talk about their support of the President.
General Flynn talked about having a "digital army," and indeed, the President does. I am an optimist, too, and this has been fascinating to watch.

Kev,
Yes, I do!
When the sky is bright canary yellow
I forget ev'ry cloud I've ever seen
So they called me a cockeyed optimist
Immature and incurably green
I have heard people rant and rave and bellow
That we're done and we might as well be dead
But I'm only a cockeyed optimist
And I can't get it into my head
I hear the human race
Is fallin' on its face
And hasn't very far to go
But ev'ry whip-poor-will
Is sellin' me a bill
And tellin' me it just ain't so
I could say life is just a bowl of Jello
And appear more intelligent and smart
But I'm stuck like a dope
With a thing called hope
And I can't get it out of my heart!
Not this heart
One reason people love the President is that he doesn't go around telling them they are doomed. Instead, he tells them to imagine doing the impossible and that better days are ahead.

they seem to have done well to revive it.
First of all, the punishment wasn't nearly as severe as those bastards deserved as the gutless NCAA started backtracking immediately. Second, the ESPN propagandists started shilling for them like Rodham enabling Slick. The fact of the matter is that by violating state law and letting an out of touch codger coach stay on the job, the program became worse than the average big time college football school while still claiming to "do things the right way".
When I was an undergrad Maryland football was terrible. When I was a sophomore I went to the Penn State game because back then you got in free with your student ID card so I wasn't out anything but time. Of course Penn State romped. I knew Lydell Mitchell was a good running back but these fans behind me kept chanting some name I didn't recognize so I asked them and they told me Franco Harris. Talk about finding out about something on the ground floor. Those fans were really nice to talk with and left a really good impression with me.
Even though I was the only one in my family to attend the school, my father contributed large to the Terrapin club to support the program and get good tickets. My parents and their friends would travel to a lot of away games just as a thing to do (once I was watching a bowl game in the Astrodome and, when they did a crowd shot, was shocked to see a closeup of my mother; amazingly without a cigarette). Once when I was over visiting I asked them what fan bases treated them the worst. In unison they responded Penn State and proceeded to put them in a category all by themselves like talking about the village lowlife. I don't know what they specifically did but it wasn't something polite people discussed. They can all go to Hell.

I remain convinced that Hillary's attack on Gabbard and Gabbard's insults in response are not meant to lure Trump supporters, but to give a reason for why vote totals show more support for whoever the democrat candidate is, with Trump supporters being disgusted at people who are stupid.
I do not know a soul who would desert Trump for Gabbard. Furthermore, she is as nutty as all of the rest of them and just does a better on stage performance.
She wants fracking banned, nuclear power forced to pay for its own insurance and nuclear waste storage with no government help, DACA approved, investing in 100% renewable energy, banning off shore drilling, universal healthcare, and more.
In other words, a well-packaged nut case.

1. He describes Pelosi as "focussed."
2. He describes Bloomberg and Clinton as "formidable candidates."
3. He thinks the White House isn't taking impeachment seriously. I think the President tweeting #StoptheCoup is pretty serious.
In my opinion, this interview is a plant to sow discord within the democrats and lure money into lost causes.

Hillary never forgets a slight even though McCaskill hung her out to dry in 2008 and then scrambled to support her in 2016.

Maryrose,
I did not paint her as slutty, only nutty.
If you think that the positions she supports are ones you want to support, go right ahead.
Banning fracking, off shore drilling, and moving to windmills and solar panels exclusively are NOT winning issues for Texas or Pennsylvania, and they are positions which, if followed, would lose our nation's energy independence.
She is NOT a moderate. Yes, she served in the military, and I thank her for her service. It does NOT mean that she is worthy of my suport or vote, and I am NOT going to be quiet about how deceptive she is.
