"Shows very bad and corrupt people on the other side" and Trump is taking advantage of his Twitter feed to help spread that word.

That doesn't make sense. He could have retweeted your free twitter link that you posted earlier.

Instead he is asking his followers to needlessly spend $17 on a book he, according to you, knows is full of misinformation.

Paul Mirengoff at PowerLine can be annoying and rather dense when talking about Trump, but he can sometimes be interesting. His comments about the DACA oral argument are interesting and hopeful. His feeling is, that based on Roberts' questioning, he's unlikely to go against Trump.

Amy Howe's SCOTUSblog article is less optimistic (from our point of view, not hers), but suffers from the problem mentioned by Mirengoff: it claims the justices were hard to read, but in support seems to offer only examples of the liberal justices pro-DACA positions.

Trump's SOTU are very entertaining from an Up With the USA POV. He's very gracious to the small success stories he invites. I generally avoided past ones, particularly Gaylord's, because I don't need people lying to me when the country's going in the shitter by design. I watched bits and pieces of Slick's because I'd read they were unedited disorganized piles of forgettable verbiage that he changed on the fly; those reports weren't wrong.

Dr. J, I might have time for something at Eastman. My husband's DMA is from Cornell (in composition). He had lots of contacts at Eastman. I'll definitely go to the Eastman Museum (by far the most attractive of the NCSA "extra" options). My position it that Trump endorsed a book by Lee Smith titled; The Plot Against the President. The True Story Of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal In U.S. History

You are having "fun" dancing around what portion of the endorsement is true and what portion is false.

At this point the only fact is that Trump endorsed it in its entirety.

I am sitting pretty. :-)

Tom R

TK @ 8:42

Obviously Yes. If you want to bet me a $1 I would go with ADM Rogers as being the person who informed Trump that Obama had been spying on him during the 2016 campaign. As I have stated numerous times, Nunes likely didn’t learn of what the Obama administration did until someone in Team Trump called him to the White House and showed him the evidence. This opinion has been non-controversial for 2+ years with almost everyone here in agreement with until Smith’s book came out.

Well, good luck with that.

1. People are not going to watch this on TV the way they did with Nixon or Clinton.

2. There is no sex involved like with Clinton.

3. Every Democrat is obnoxious. If Schiff wants to control the questioning, it's a guaranteed loser.

4. Unlike the Democrats, who seem to tell the press what they are doing, the GOP seems to have taken a lesson from Trump and are not telling the press what they will do.

5. Despite the media's desire to control the narrative, the President and about 70 million of his supporters have a different idea, with Twitter and talk radio as their tool.

I answered your same question already. It benefits Trump to endorse a Spygate book by pro-Trump pundits even when the book has a faulty premise. Trump needs as many voters as possible to know about the activities of the Obama criminal cabal. Who uncovered that plot isn’t as important as long as voters understand there was a plot by Obama against Trump.

JM Hanes

It's funny but I was wondering today if TM had just given up reading Paul Krugman altogether, then checked in here and found that someone (Tom Bowler?) had linked to TM's Twitter page where TM remarks on a comment by.... Paul Krugman:

"These days, many political factions are accused... of living in some kind of bubble, out of touch with American reality. But few live as thoroughly in a bubble as the billionaire class and its hangers-on."
TM notes that it was "filed from Princeton" of bubblicious "Ivory Tower" fame. It sounds a lot like battle prep for "accessing" billionaire's wealth for the public weal, to me.

I love stories that talk about "previously unknown" or uncontemplated discoveries. Like photons that mimic each other, this one about synchronicity between far flung galaxies is fun to think about:

It also mentions that:

In 2014, researchers discovered black holes at the centre of quasars – ultra-bright galaxies – were aligning with each other despite being billions of light-years away.
Someone elsewhere suggested that they might actually end up being the portals of our imagination. Just food for the next sci fi novels I'm sure someone here must be writing.
