Jonathan Adler, one of The Few, The Proud, the Green Right-wingers, describes a market-oriented agenda to grapple with climate change. He has a companion piece in the LA Times.
This triggers a flashback to my post last August, when Politico and the NY Times were describing an emergence of Green Republicans.
JMH: "there's a reason Bloomberg was re-elected multiple times"
I understand the UniParty scrambling to find a national unity candidate. It's a daunting task. But my buds at BJG note a biological fact: former mayor Bloomberg is 77. Not all age as well as PDJT and I think time will have a decisive say on this.

Epstein wasn't a pedophile. AFAIK he abused tennagers, not little kids. I doubt that creates the same problems in prisons.

JMH, the Dems have courted the far left for too long for even a pretend centrist to get the nomination without shattering the party.

The Epstein meme keeps getting better and better. Good to see the yute getting into the game in TM's video, linked by henry above. Thank goodness the right is so much better at memes than the left, because they can really shift the zeitgeist, or should I be calling it the Overton window?

We have a movie theatre nearby that only shows classic movies from the 30s, 40s and 50s.
That's a rarity. There was a place like that when I was in college in the late 70s, and that's where I was able to see so many of the classics: Bogart, Hitchcock, Marx Brothers, Chaplin, Frank Capra. Young people today seem totally uninterested in and ignorant of classic cinema. Seems a shame with so much available, it's like dismissing nineteenth century literature (though they don't have a choice about that).

Giuliani tried the same tactic as Bloomberg and his campaign ended in Florida.
We need to take out Biden with this Burisma Ukraine corruption.
Then let Bernie, Warren And Buttigieg battle it out.

Jimmyk:
In Cleveland, The Old Mayfield used to show old classic movies.
TCM still does and my parents loved that channel as did I and my sister.

And the fresh Perch fish-frys every Friday night.
Plus for a quick lunch, you can't beat the Pasties:)
In the winters, if you don't go to the hockey games, or go ski or go ice fishing (in other words, stay busy) you will go stark raving mad.
The other thing the UP is famous for is the number of Brandy drinkers. With a beer chaser, of course.

Clarice:
I certainly hope you're right. Bloomberg just makes me nervous in a way that none of the other candidates do.
BTW, did you see that Howard Wolfson is a featured player on the Bloomberg team? Holy Shades of Hillary! Apparently he was smart enough not to jump on board that ship in 2016, but it's like whack-a-mole with these people! Wolfson is described as "the Education program lead of Bloomberg Philanthropies (cue rse)," who also just happens to be "instrumental in the policy and political universe of Mike Bloomberg, running his SuperPAC and advising him on politics and communication." I can just imagine how he allocates his time.

Bloomberg is a highly unlikable creep.

An ancient Native American prayer:
Oh, Great Spirit, whose voice I hear in the wind, whose breath gives life to all the world. Hear me; I need your strength and wisdom. Let me walk in beauty, and make my eyes ever behold the red and purple sunset. ... So when life fades, as the fading sunset, my spirit may come to you without shame. And Jeffrey Epstein did not kill himself.
