Break up the Titans! After watching the Titans dominate and humiliate the Ravens, one wonders whether Brady and Belichick are a bit less to blame for falling to the Titan wrecking ball.
Today I'll be wrong about the Chiefs and the Seahawks.

ya GUS. Nance is announcing the game. yer right.
i was referring to Mustyberger's appearance on 49er radio the other day where he went into detail about where Vegas was putting their (and he his) dough.
he was Jimmy the Greek's buddy since the NFL/CBS let that gambling shark onto the national stage.
wasnt a head scratcher that Musberger got the Raiders radio contract when their move to Vegas was announced.
but i digress.

henry,
I agree. In the old days I would have the radio announcers on, who usually were quite good, and get rid of the TV announcers.
That no longer seems to be an option. I enjoy the games and the incredible athletics, but having something else in the background is great. I should have done this a long time ago.

Are your boys Border Collies? My dad had those because we raised Dorset sheep. When my son was a toddler we used to know where he was on the farm grounds because Moochie would follow him around with his tail up, so we could see where they were.
Very smart dogs! My dad trained them with whistles and hand signals.

Steve Scalise@SteveScalise·
Pelosi said today: – Trump won't be president next year "one way or another" – Dems may "have him removed sooner" than the election – Trump "will be impeached forever" It's clear: Impeachment was a Democrat hit job to stain Trump’s legacy and hurt him at the polls. Nothing more.
He'd better watch out; the Democrats might shoot him again.

Adams defends his position in the comments.
Someone like Jonathan Turley could answer this question. Can the AUMF that gave Bush Jr the authority to invade Iraq still be used 15+ years later to legally give Trump the authority to attack Iran? That is one of the arguments McClintock is making and seems to be in direct conflict with Trump’s opposition to endless wars.

Fairly simple to articulate. Trump has been critical of endless wars in the Middle East. McClintock is arguing that if Trump wants to escalate the conflict and attack Iran then Trump can use the 15+ year old AUMF, which itself was used to legally allow all the endless wars.

This was my grandson's first-ever actual birthday party, since his mother never did anything like that for him.
When he was opening his presents, he said "I am so excited!" It was just so cute and heart-warming. My daughter-in-law went out of her way to make it special for him. She invited not only relatives but friends from school. The cake, favors, and decorations were all with a Toy Story theme, which is his favorite movie. It was very nice.

I have missed this theorizing. Tell me more, please.
I know that wasn't directed at me, but I saw speculation that many of the people on the plane may have been insiders trying to get outta Dodge, and were purposely shot down. Not sure if the advanced theory has them as Soleimani allies or not, but it's more interesting than some dickweed manning a missile battery right near the airport accidentally shooting down a big lumbering passenger jet that just took off.

--Someone like Jonathan Turley could answer this question. Can the AUMF that gave Bush Jr the authority to invade Iraq still be used 15+ years later to legally give Trump the authority to attack Iran?--
He didn't attack Iran. He killed Iranians [and Iraqis] in Iraq who were killing and orchestrating the killing of Americans.
-- McClintock is arguing that if Trump wants to escalate the conflict and attack Iran then Trump can use the 15+ year old AUMF, which itself was used to legally allow all the endless wars.--
McClintock himself says he considers the AUMF a mistake but since it does exist and has never been rescinded his point is congress has no say in how the President uses the force they authorized.
I doubt anyone except expedient progs and consistent libertarians consider the targeted execution of our enemies to be part of an "endless war".

Ext, that’s exactly the speculation Surber’s blog contained. Coupled with speculation that other IRGC brass have been arrested.
The argument that this flight was somehow different than the other departures to the north and to Ukraine have been seemingly debunked. That it’s flight profile resembled a fighter or cruise missile, also debunked.

That manifest from the Great Tehran Turkey Shoot was turned over and wrung thoroughly by the Anons. Most of the passengers had enormously coincidental backgrounds in avionics (missile), nukular pheesics, tunnel engineering, and light/heavy water pheesics. Plus their entire families. Sad that so many families were included by just an amazing coincidence that basically all their “super secret scientists”, from Canada of course, were on that plane.

From the old thread:
JMH —
Good points about Jefferson and Hamilton. Some people just don’t want to believe that TJ was the father and no amount of evidence will persuade them. However the evidence also suggests a real relationship, albeit a complicated one.
Hamilton understood the future much better than Jefferson. He also founded an abolitionist society in NY. The progs don’t lije him because he was a capitalist and a certain strain of conservatives don’t like him because he invented the national debt.
Both were great in their own way. Both were flawed. Hamilton had the first sex scandal in US government history.

Yes and all of that was justified. It’s doesn’t have anything to do with the point Gaetz was making and which countless JOMers have advocated for over the years.

I don’t think that Nancy was trying to screw Bernie by holding on to the articles and I don’t think she was mesmerized by John Dean either. I think she was hoping for some kind of public pressure to build that would cause 4 GOP Senators to agree to call Bolton, etc. I think she saw this as a no lose proposition— she either got more testimony or an argument that Trump was acquitted because of an unfair process. Once McConnel made it clear he had the votes, she caved.
