One big trial of hydroxychloroquine with and without azithromycin came up empty.
If Trump is willing to settle for a lay-up rather than a Hail Mary, he should talk up Vitamin D. Its cheap, safe, probably more than half of us have low-ish serum levels of D, and Vitamin D is already a standard recommendation for good health even if it does not specifically help with COVID-19.
Lots here.
IMO, Sullivan is making a fool of himself. You can’t have a case without a prosecutor.

That's not a bad idea. Want to limit stupid impeachments?
Amend the Constitution so that a president acquitted in the Senate of an impeachment by the House gets another term to make up for the wasted time.

Rummaging through my collection of non-circulated Kabuki Kards, I came across a one of a kind “Both Sides Can File Amicus Briefs” Kard in mint condition.
The Judge really painted himself into a corner. This bit of theatre allows a “Friend of the Court” to dismiss the charges and hopefully that friend is someone like Shipwreckedcrew.
The side that signs their names onto the Free Flynn side of the courtroom has a much easier task than the side that is going to write a brief that condemns Flynn.
I can play my “DoJ did not release all the bad guys names” Kabuki Kard as well. Some of the crooks that want to show off their inner Patterico and tell off Barr by way of an Amicus in Sullivan’s court now have to consider if they are a future name waiting to drop.
I think what the Judge did her will pan out to be more clever than criminal.

J Sullivan has retained the right to refuse to consider any amicus brief. As to the Stevens case he was hoodwinked by the prosecution.
Treason? Sedition? Unless the govt can show something we haven't seen--that the cabal was working with a foreign govt or armed group to overthrow the president I don't see it.
When discussing a law it's a good idea to first look at the applicable law and treacherous behavior isn't criminal itself.

I've never, nor will i ever, trust a politician who leads with such a proclamation but lacks the juevos to stipulate those principles as "Christian" and his faith is in God.
Weak.
"Are you questioning Sessions integrity? "
I am questioning his gonadal fortitude under duress.
"The fact Sessions entire political career has been heavily influenced by his faith is one reason Progtards hate him so much. "
So his tack in a public letter about recusal Sessions parades his integrity of principle and faith but doesn't say which or in whom.
Seems like this progtard persecution has turned him into a spiritual eunuch at best and a weasel bitch at worst.

It seems to me that the only possible justification for Judge Sullivan asking for amicus briefs is suspicion that the prosecutors are in cahoots with the defense or are making a political decision. There is no basis for any such suspicion.
Is anyone aware of a case in which a federal district judge appoints a special prosecutor because the judge is not satisfied with the DOJ's decision to drop a case? Judge Sullivan has not done that yet, but asking for amicus curiae briefs comes close to it.
