Here's an article from two years ago about the Minneapolis police reducing their psych evals for new recruits: Starting in 2012, the city eliminated four of the five psychological tests used to screen applicants for its police academy. Those tests — at least one of which the department had used since at least the mid-1990s — were dropped even though a federally funded study conducted in the Minneapolis Police Department showed some were effective at identifying problem officers.

I still have not heard from one mayor or governor stating they will open an investigation into what organization is placing pallets of bricks in cities used for the sole purpose of destruction.

Congratulations to our National Guard for the great job they did immediately upon arriving in Minneapolis, Minnesota, last night. The ANTIFA led anarchists, among others, were shut down quickly. Should have been done by Mayor on first night and there would have been no trouble!
Could the position of the knee snapped Mr. Floyd's neck. 9 minutes is a long time.
Willowed:
"Two terms we will most likely hear regarding Floyd will be positional asphyxia, which is what Rocco talked about during the hogtie technique, and excited delirium, drug use"
Early signs of hypoxia (chronic low blood oxygen) are anxiety, confusion, and restlessness; if hypoxia is not corrected, hypotension will develop.
As hypoxia worsens, the patient's vital signs, activity tolerance, and level of consciousness will decrease.
