Clarice, we found a quarter-sized hole in the roof about two inches from high side corner of the chimney where wasps would come in, find their way into the A/C vents, and from thence into the house.
Apparently the snow built up there in the winter and we were unable to see the damage.
Our house painter was doing the chimney, noticed, and repaired the hole.
We would never have found it and the water damage might have gone unnoticed until it was a serious problem.
If you can, check their from inside the attic or, if possible, the box surrounding the chimney.
Fleisher was fabulous in the early years, then got one of those hand injuries that musicians get, and had to adapt, playing music designed for one hand. But I believe he had something of a recovery and was able to make a comeback. RIP.

My former neighbors here were members of the Detroit mob. (They ran into hard times; some prison sentences, then propety sold for back taxes.)
They too had a fire of the "fireworks' stored in one of their outbuilding before we were here.
Old timers still remember it. Windows shaking in cottages a mile down the road.

if the tv is networked it might have been an update that didn't execute properly. unplug the power let it rest for a few minutes then plug it back in and then try to turn it on.
