It's no longer a "Revolution" when everyone sees the circus train coming:
Lee Smith
@LeeSmithDC
Must Read Revolver report explains how DNC operatives, donors, & media are waging a color revolution against the US public. Ukraine is the model and "Black is the New Orange."
What the DNC is missing is the asymmetric control of manure spreaders by Trump supporters. (Even my neighbor with the giant Trump flag has a manure spreader and cows to keep it filled). Whatever color they choose will be made brown. Look at France, or England. The uprisings which deploy manure spreaders always succeed. Those without, fail. City people planning revolutions, bless their hearts.
Ah, thanks Melinda. I missed that detail, it seemed obvious to me as a way to crush CRT in the private sector as those Chamber firms push all terms through their supply chains. (Their lawyers are utterly inflexible on such edicts). A Title IX discrimination determination on CRT should end it in universities.
It’ll likely get complicated to fully address CRT properly. There are lots of ways it lurks - “unconscious bias” training for one. Saw an outline of such a training, and it sounded pretty close to the Sandia thing minus the overt targeting of white males and the forced confessions.
Zeke Miller wrote for AP:
>>>Trump targets 'white privilege' training as 'anti-American'
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump has directed the Office of Management and Budget to crack down on federal agencies' anti-racism training sessions, calling them "divisive, anti-American propaganda."
OMB director Russell Vought, in a letter Friday to executive branch agencies, directed them to identify spending related to any training on "critical race theory," "white privilege" or any other material that teaches or suggests that the United States or any race or ethnicity is "inherently racist or evil."<<<
It’s so sad when AP presumes to write about something it clearly knows little about. It seems not to occur to AP writers that racism can be a two-way street.
As we included in our report:
>>>In stories, many national news organizations, including the Associated Press, have labeled such training “anti-racism” although that is not necessarily the case, and may, because of the absence of evidence, emotionally promote racism in a reverse direction.<<<
You don’t define racism, systemic racism, or critical race theory, and such associated baggage because you accept them without understanding them. Elsewhere, you have ignored analysis of your unfounded identity politics decision over “white” and “Black” that was soundly undermined with authoritative anthropological evidence. AP has become “politically correct” which is more rhetorical shaping of a mental battlefield rather than become more “correct” in terms of increasing actual understanding.
Underlying the foundation of CRT is Postmodernism which is applies moral relativism that is a bogus attempt to remove itself from being challenged by anyone. And that, is exactly the trap into which the Associated Press has fallen. It deserves to be laughed at, not reported as something holy.
Such hollow reporting does readers great disservice.
Sbw, great post 10:12. Critical race theory is only critical of one thing. WHITE PEOPLE.
It's made up bullshit. Not a theory at all, but a view point. Poor poor poor black people, haven't gotten a brake since they invented the light bulb and square dancing. Making up ridiculous lies as reasons to feel sorry for a RACIAL GROUP is absurd.
One of the bigger funders of the McCain Institute was George Soros. McCain was hip deep in the corruption in Ukraine and he was a part of Team Coup. He was a globalist scum who thought he was running his own private foreign policy and worked ruthlessly against anyone who crossed him regardless of party.
What would you say about someone who tried to ruin your life, the lives of your family members, your friends and supporters and your presidency by framing you as a traitor in league with Russia?
I'd be a bit put out.

My sister-in-law was texting with a group of friends. One woman commented that she is drinking at least four nights a week, and thought she had a problem. SIL replied that it’s a drinky year, and most don’t remember going to bed four times a week. Unfortunate, but true.
Good Morning! Beautiful day here. Hubby, my brother and sister and-law are kayaking. I'm keeping an eye on the dogs. They brought their dog. She loves Scout's fenced play area. Scout is on his tie-out. We're keeping them separated because my sister-in-law thinks their dog would play too rough with Scout. Scout really, really wants to play.

Hmmm, I did close the italiacto tag otherwise the link would have been italicized too, I think. And my closing remark isn't in italics yet my name is. How did I do that? Typhuspad full moon maybe?
I'll never get that ramp built unless I get at it.
“The Fed is printing money like crazy which is going to lead to inflation.”
For the last 12-years, this belief has remained a constant in the market. It stems from the idea that increasing the money supply is inflationary as it decreases the value of the dollar. There is indeed truth in that statement when considered in isolation. However, when the money supply is increasing, without an increase in economic activity, it becomes deflationary.

Fewer masks on hikers on the trail today. Trees are just barely starting to turn for autumn. First overnight freeze is Tuesday which really get the color changing. Awesomely beautiful day in Sun Valley so there’s peoples EVERYWHERE. 😎
Every time I am forced to wear a mask, I immediately think about becoming a robber. What took so long?
Anyone know if there is a consequence to cutting your head off at your neck? I've got a bad bacterial infection which has spread from a tooth into my mouth. Yuck - bacteria is not tasty. Last night spent all night dreaming I was being hung (another bad sign). And it's Sat on a long weekend. 2020 isn't shining for me. Anyone else?
Jane, perhaps rinse with medicinal vodka as needed. Dentists do respond to urgent needs, your infection qualifies. Get it fixed today and enjoy the weekend.
Jane, even the local urgent care clinic will prescribe antibiotics to handle the infection until you can get to a dentist. (I have gone that route as well).
I went into to a walk-in clinic earlier and it was a 2 hour wait. I left. (I have a puppy). A friend gave me her anti-bacterial pills so we will see if that works. If not I'll go to the ER or cut off my head.
You really need a strong antibiotic and a doc to look at that, because it can break out and move through your system.
I have had 3 abscesses (which is what they used to be called, I think) and they are extremely painful but also can be dangerous. So, you need to suck it up and go straight to the ER if the wait is too long at the urgent care clinic.
Walked into a Tom Thump store today while a lady who did not have on a mask was headed on her way out. I asked her hopefully, no masks required any more? She said she was done wearing mask which I applauded, took mine off and did the rest of my shoping. Not one emploeee asked me to to put on my mask. My new normal!!
Just talked to Mary the cardiologist - and since I have to take care of the kids if she and Amy die, she has a vested interest. She said given the medication I'm safe to wait to the Morning to see if it's better.
So relax everyone. You can all bring a malpractice suit if she's wrong!
Thanks for posting that, Ig. Don’t anyone even think about posting the pic from the comments about the paw of the dog. My eyes are already oddly blurry.
Jane, you are a special woman. You have been an inspiration to me PERSONALLY during your medical issues. I mean it. I believe this TEST has made you stronger, I really do. People can only endure for so long. Please don't give up, please keep the good cheer and get medical help as needed. We need you here.
I've kept this to myself until right now. I had a set back and MOAR surgery this week. I don't drink coffee much, but when I do, I think of you in the a.m. and your HAPPY COFFEE. My health concerns started in March a year ago, when I was set to meet you and Jack. I intend to keep that date with you in the next 8-10 months. I am extremely optimistic about my health and my left foot. I don't know why, but after this latest set back, I feel somewhat joyous. I feel that the Doctor I have is right for me. And he's not a glib outgoing always laughing Irish-American dude like me. He gets down to biz and I'm in good hands.
God bless you Jane, hang in there. I'm not the first to tell you that you are BELOVED and LOVED here.
Now if DJT will issue similar guidance to not only every university but every public school that receives Federal dollars and every government contractor and bidder.
Do it under the Civil Rights Act. It is obviously and per se discrimination and contrary to the CRA so simply make the certification that they are abiding by the CRA a prerequisite for Fed dollars or bidding on fed contracts.
I walked into the local Meijer grocery noonish. Sans mask. I scooped up ground round, really nice looking ground round. $1.88lb. Got 5 lbs for Mickey's apartment freezer.
Young black man approached me about no mask on. I thanked him for his concern, and told him that I gave it to a young black girl who needed one.
That beef is going to taste delish. I bought 2 lbs of Johnsonville brats, some ROLLING ROCK and a sixer of Miller.
Mickey's apartment if in a PRIMO spot one block east of OAKLAND AVE, theeeee main N/S drag that defines the east boundry of UW-MILWAUKEE campus.
3 blocks from the center of Math and Engineering and applied sciences. 3-4 blocks from the Iconic Student Union building, where he works in EVENTS/Audio/Visual. Not a whole lot of events at the Union (which is quite huge), but welcome Freshman events. HOWEVER: Because most classes are remote, Teachers, TA's, adjuncts and especially tenured Prof's, need help BIG TIME, in navigating the REMOTE/ON-LINE/ZOOM TYPE teaching lectures etc. He's technically allowed 25 hours per week, but, kids are in short supply and he's been bizzzzzzy. I asked him if HIM TEACHING the TEACHERS, should pay better than it does, and if these SMARY LIBTARD PUNKS are thankful to him.
I support him as you ALL know, I love him dearly, but I couldn't help myself.
Iggy, that 12:02 made my brain hurt. It was like Sundance doing economics.
What the Fed did 2008-2015 with QE is almost nothing in comparison to what they're doing now. The QEs were just a charade with no real impact. What they're doing now will show up next year as inflation, once markets are allowed to function.
Incidentally, here's how the NYT headlined yesterday's labor market news about 1.4 million new jobs and the unemployment rate dropping from 10.2 to 8.4 percent: "Job Gains Shrink, Showing Frailty of U.S. Recovery."

I went into to a walk-in clinic earlier and it was a 2 hour wait. I left. (I have a puppy). A friend gave me her anti-bacterial pills so we will see if that works. If not I'll go to the ER or cut off my head.

I just noticed that one of the twip pictures was mine.

Jane,
You really need a strong antibiotic and a doc to look at that, because it can break out and move through your system.
I have had 3 abscesses (which is what they used to be called, I think) and they are extremely painful but also can be dangerous. So, you need to suck it up and go straight to the ER if the wait is too long at the urgent care clinic.

Which one, Dave?
Posted by: Jack Lillywhite | September 05, 2020 at 02:23 PM
Jane, any antibiotic is not the same as the appropriate antibiotic.
Saturday at Urgent Care or the Dentist. Take your pick.
You are not much use to us if you are in toxic shock.
Love you!

The wife bought the Weekend WSJ. Their insipid magazine has the woke black woman tennis player on the front cover. FTS

Jack, the silly two buttons meme one--unless someone else put in the exact same two phrases I did.
Posted by: Dave (in MA) | September 05, 2020 at 02:35 PM
I'm going to wait for an hour or two to see if things slow down.
Posted by: Jane | September 05, 2020 at 02:36 PM
JANE!! Get on it.
Posted by: clarice | September 05, 2020 at 02:37 PM
Maybe whoever's in charge up there could cut Jane some slack.
Posted by: Dave (in MA) | September 05, 2020 at 02:38 PM
Jane, go to a walk-in clinic. NOW.

Are they running the KENTUCKY DERBY down at the Bubble in Orlando??

Jane, do NOT mess around with a bacterial infection.

Jane, we all have our, I mean, your best interest at heart ... even if we are shouting. ;-)

Just talked to Mary the cardiologist - and since I have to take care of the kids if she and Amy die, she has a vested interest. She said given the medication I'm safe to wait to the Morning to see if it's better.
So relax everyone. You can all bring a malpractice suit if she's wrong!

Sometimes the latecomers to comments are pretty good;

Thanks for posting that, Ig. Don’t anyone even think about posting the pic from the comments about the paw of the dog. My eyes are already oddly blurry.

Your 2:57, that is.

I'm not the first to tell you that you are BELOVED and LOVED here.

lyle's link to the memo with a backbone at 1:48 is fantastic. Here's a screenshot of the memo in toto:

Now if DJT will issue similar guidance to not only every university but every public school that receives Federal dollars and every government contractor and bidder.
Do it under the Civil Rights Act. It is obviously and per se discrimination and contrary to the CRA so simply make the certification that they are abiding by the CRA a prerequisite for Fed dollars or bidding on fed contracts.

Hang tough Gus! Love you too.
The latest was almost too much for me but then I realized if I chopped off my head all would disappear. Kiwi said "no".

Posted by: GUS | September 05, 2020 at 03:37 PM
Gus, sorry you're still having left foot problems.

Do it under the Civil Rights Act.
The logic is airtight, and the libs will scream bloody murder. In other words, perfect conditions.

Recovery."

Just add it to the Reps and Certs on all federal contracts, to include subcontractors.
