The NY Post runs a bizarre story of drowned Apples and Hunter emails. Let me say that by way of comparison, the media danced around the Steele dossier prior to the 2016 election because the allegations could not be verified. In early January 2017 Comey briefed Trump so his media pals could write "The President-elect was told today that Moscow allegedly had tapes of him peeing on hookers." Keeping it classy!
Now Twitter has banned any link to the story because reasons, but mainly the material may have been obtained illegally by someone. Kind of not how Twitter treated Trump's tax returns, but that's TOTALLY different because more reasons.
This story will change nothing other than the blood pressure of partisans on both sides.
Kamala Harris’s Press Secretary is Chief of Communications at Twitter! Let that sink in!
Is this true?

Twitter doubling down.
It’s blocked a link to a press release on the @GOPJudiciary account.
It’ll locked the account of the Trump campaign, @TeamTrump.

From that NYP article regarding the equity stakes in Hunter's joint venture with the ChiComs;
Hunter got 20% and;
--The deal also listed “10 Jim” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”--
Jim being Joe's brother James Biden, proven crook. Gosh, I wonder who the "big guy" could be that H[unter] would have to hold his equity stake for him.
The paste is hitting the fan.

Yes, henry, expect no in-person events for quite awhile. Oh well, that's fine.
Meanwhile, Trump's townhall is tonight.
Mid-October. Everything is ramping up quite nicely.
Don't forget, on October 15, 2016, the pussy tape had been a national story for one week and most people had counted Trump out (if they had ever counted him in).

Craig's List? Twitter will aspire to be MySpace if they think trying to suppress this story is going to suppress it.
It's like driving a wooden stake through your own heart and waiting for the vampire to die.

Iggy, did you see the email where Hunter complains to the family about getting no respect and having to pay for everything for 30 years, but promises he won't make them give him half his salary like Joe does?

Former press secretary, but yeah, apparently true Porch.

Clarice, I sent this last night after reading their not-really-a-news-story filing:
Dear AP:
>>>BC-US--Election 2020-Biden-AP Explains, 1st Ld-Writethru
AP Explains: Trump seizes on dubious Biden-Ukraine story<<<
How do you suppose an AP story on the use of the questionable Steel dossier would look?
Don’t you think it about time AP did one?
How about one on the smear of General Flynn?
For that matter, how about one on the 215,000 COVID-19 deaths that, instead or repeating a single sentence at every turn, teases out the difference between dying WITH the virus and dying FROM the virus—especially considering how it was repeated without evidence so often by Biden, Harris, and the Democrats at the Barrett hearing.
Meanwhile, you could explain the difference between the fear porn of case numbers, the complexity of test results, and the percentages of false positives.
Need I go on?
Thank you.

I'm sure ABC will rigorously screen every participant at the Biden's town hall to make sure there are no impertinent questions. It's really too bad the next debate (if there is one) won't have a format where the candidates get to ask each other questions. I would actually watch that, unlike the farces that they actually run.

She was traveling around to do Zoom meetings?

Yes I did Porch.
That rock cannot be turned back over because the disgusting creatures that lived under it are already scuttling about in the light.

New thread.

They wouldn't want Republican apologists of Wolf Blitzer's ilk to be able to ask tough softball questions, jimmyk.
Better stick with T-ball questioners.

Sheldon Whitehouse is implying that dark forces are behind the last three SCOTUS nominations.
Posted by: Davod | October 15, 2020 at 10:59 AM
Was coming at it from a more colloquial and less legal POV - Twitter should not take sides.
Posted by: Another Bob | October 15, 2020 at 11:04 AM
Whitehouse is saying Russians control the Senate?

BTW, next week is Free Speech Week. LMAO

Thanks AB. Wow.

Harris staffer tests poz. Harris cancelling travel.
How convenient.

Trump says he expects Twitter to lock/block his account.
