anonamom may want pipe in on this but I am surprised the left leaning-Dem favoring media has noted that Dr. Sean Conley, Trump's personal medico is a Doctor of Osteopathy and not the more common Medicine.
I know a lot of people think the D.O.'s are practicing a form of witchcraft or magic healing. Had a neighbor in Southampton who was one and he told me, over drinks, he has to explain it all the time.
I think a maskless Trump, clad only in boxers and an old dressing gown, should start creeping on and sniffing young gals. Then have his doctor state that it appears to be a condition he caught at the debate.
We also now know that the Obama administration's anti-Trump investigation wasn't just limited to the FBI. Per a newly declassified 2016 CIA memorandum, the CIA had its own "CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell" to dig up dirt on Trump during the campaign.
Back to the music thing. The Sonos phone app is wonderful. You access your library in about every conceivable way: artist, album, genres, songs, etc, etc. From there you can create fresh playlists, append, save, etc. Randomize, shuffle, etc. I edit my library so album covers display. There’s a Mac app that lets you clean up your library and tweak compilation albums and genres. I don’t do a lot with that, but it drives me crazy that the ‘factory’ definitions that are embedded in the music are all over the map on their classifications.
Eddie Van Halen -- the legendary guitarist and co-founder of Van Halen -- has died after a long battle with throat cancer ... TMZ has learned.
Sources directly connected to the rock star tell us ... he died at St. Johns Hospital in Santa Monica Tuesday. His wife, Janie, was by his side, along with his son, Wolfgang, and Alex, Eddie's brother and drummer.
We're told in the last 72 hours Eddie's ongoing health battle went massively downhill -- doctors discovered his throat cancer had moved to his brain as well as other organs.
I'm told that one of the sticking points in the stimulus talks is that Rs want immunity for businesses from lawsuits over COVID, and naturally the Ds, with their big and wealthy ambulance chaser constituency, are opposed. Anyone else heard that?
I dunno Jimmy, but as a former ambulance chaser, it wouldn't surprise me. My big issue with the stimulus is giving all these democrat run states a bail-out, for mishandling everything.
Perhaps you can clarify a concern I have about Real Clear Politics. This morning Fox News reported an average of polls in battleground states compiled by RCP which showed the President behind by significant margins (5 to 8 points). Then I read the recent RCP article on which political party is trying to "Blow Up" our Constitution. While the article eventually demonstrated all that the democrats are doing to make significant changes to our Constitution that could change America far into the future, the criticisms against the President from his style to the efforts he has made against the Chinese virus permeated the article. In short, they don't like his personality, and that bias seems to infect everything that the media — right or left — puts out.
Perhaps I'm too sensitive on this point, but having seen the President's many and significant accomplishments these past 3+ years in the face of enormous opposition, you'd think hey could cut him some slack on his personality. Especially now as the country faces the possibility of electing the team Dumb and Dumber Socialist.
A hearty hello to all JOMers true. I see now that Dave (in MA) was well ahead of me and had already captured the flag on this thread, yet Monday was such a banner day that I am chock full of antibodies against vexillary vexations.
The President's return to 1600 was a delightful capstone to developments in our local, micro brouhaha. Our foes, stifled on many fronts, can but gaze upon the rubble and seek in vain a cure for what ails them.
Barbara, my thoughts exactly. I nearly stopped reading the article, when irrelevant extraneous opinion about TRUMP was injected.
What you "FEEL" about TRUMP and his OBESITY, BAD BREATH, EGO, SIZE OF HIS BALLS ETC. matters NOT.
Why did KIND OF CLEAR POLITICS inject that CRAP??
They couldn't help themselves.
My STATE DEPT brother, who has gone a little native, informed me last night that he didn't approve of TRUMPS, drive-by over the weekend.
I asked him who he was going to vote for.
He said TRUMP.
Has any reporter yet asked about or reported on Melania's condition? Has anyone in the know remarked about it?
