The BLM/Antifa peaceful protesters are rioting and vandalizing rural homes in Wauwatosa Wisconsin. This is coming to a neighborhood near you soon if you continue to defund police. Get locked and loaded everyone and defend your family and home.
FYI I've spent the last several weeks on a FB group of parents whose kids attend any public university in Alabama. I have a kid at Bama and to my disappointment the administration at Bama has become the same kind of leftwing lunatics you find at other universities around the country. You would not believe the COVID 19-related draconian/totalitarian measures they have been inflicting on students so far this semester. For several weeks all social activities were banned and students were not allowed to even visit other people in the dorms.
It's apparently worse at Bama than other universities in state. Another thing that makes the situation at Bama worse compared to the other schools is that the mayor of Tuscaloosa is a leftwing Democrat who apparently has adopted the same tactics that DeBlasio is enforcing in NYC. Last week the Tuscaloosa PD arrested several hundred students after the Texas A&M game and gave them $300+ fines for not wearing a mask in public.
Last but not least, the Bama SGA is forcing all student organizations (500+ on campus) to undertake mandatory SJW diversity training. Every student organization must have 20% of their members attend this mandatory training aka SJW propaganda/indoctrination or they won't be allowed to do whatever it is their organization was created to do. There are multiple Christian student organizations on campus like the Baptist Student Union who are being forced to watch "diversity" training that condemns Christians for being pro-life, supports the ANTIFA/BLM movement, etc.
Suffice it to say I and countless number of parents are livid about what has been going on at Bama this semester.
It's hard for me to believe Wisconsin is even considered a battleground state at this point. With all the destruction caused by ANTIFA/BLM riots you would think Wisconsin is solid red in Trump's favor.

Mirengoff with a good one to counterbalance his simpleminded stupid one from yesterday; BIDEN AT GETTYSBURG
These three words are enough to make me sick. Why? Because as my friend Steve Silbiger reminded me, in 1987 when Biden was running for President he bragged that “we Delawareans were on the South’s side in the Civil War.” He also touted the fact that George Wallace once praised him as one of the outstanding young politicians in America.
That’s not all. In the 1970s, Biden worked closely with arch-segregationist James Eastland. He boasted about their relationship just a few years ago when campaigning for Doug Jones.
Almost makes you wonder why an anti-racist like Kabala deigns to run with Biden the bigot.
And if TM can say this "...but if that debate didn't change any minds then Harris won", then I can repeat what I said early this morning:
Any country that would willingly put Biden/Harris in control over the alternative of Trump/Pence is not a serious society that even pretends to want for itself the dreams expressed in the preambles of the documents that established the country in the first place.
In dissent, Judge Rovner, an appointee of H.W. Bush, says result of decision will be "many thousands" of Wisconsinites will lose right to vote despite taking reasonable steps to exercise it.
Who cares? (My apologies for actually responding to the blog host's post.)
According to the totally neutral moderator last night, both Trump and Biden are likely to croak in office, so one would think that if you prefer Pence over Harris, then you would vote for that ticket.
Who cares? Anyone who lives in the suburbs who doesn't want the federal government taking over zoning regulations.
Who cares? Anyone who doesn't want a green new deal which will make Solyndra look like small potatoes?
Who cares? Anyone who doesn't want the SCOTUS packed with clones of Sotomayor and Elena Kagan who will become a new superlegislature.
Who cares? Anyone who doesn't want Washington DC and Puerto Rico to become states.
Who cares? Anyone who has more than two dimes in a 401K that they wish to hold onto once all the other hare-brained liberal schemes cause them to run out of OPM and start looking for other sources of revenue?
Who cares? Anyone who doesn't federal control of police procedures, and a national list of police, who have broken federal guidelines, red meat for the trial lawyers..

But is mounting a CIA and FBI op to discredit Trump and swing an election a crime?
IANAL but...seems like an attempt to deprive someone of their civil rights. Moreover it seems like it would violate one or more laws regarding election tampering.
TBH, I don't see this so much as a problem of determining criminal activity but more of will. When they decided to railroad Flynn, they decided what they wanted to do first and supported it with law. This is the Soviet nature of how DoJ works, if I can believe what I read. Whatever the case, I am confident that if someone really had a hard on for these people, they could all be put away for a good long time.
One of the early stories of the alleged kidnap plot against MI Gov Whitmer mentioned that one of the plotters was shown in a video in front of an anarchist flag.
The real questions seems to be:
1) can you be an anarchist and a white supremacist ?
2) can you be a right wing anarchist miltia member and a white supremacist ?
BONUS question
3) can you be a socialist revolutionary anarchist and a white supremacist ? some of the videos of BLM/Antifa encounters with police have them saying obvious racist chants to minority policemen

PD: FTAReligious groups filed two lawsuits Thursday challenging the constitutionality of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s order limiting the size of gatherings inside houses of worship in communities seeing a rise in Covid-19 cases.
The order was part of new lockdown restrictions after city and state officials have for weeks tracked increases in cases in sections of Brooklyn, Queens and Rockland and Orange counties. Most of the affected areas are home to large Orthodox Jewish populations.
The lawsuits were filed in federal court in Brooklyn on behalf of the Diocese of Brooklyn, which represents the Roman Catholic community, and Agudath Israel of America, an umbrella group representing prominent Orthodox rabbis. The restriction took effect in the city on Thursday.
In its lawsuit, Agudath Israel said that Mr. Cuomo imposed the restrictions on the eve of three Jewish holidays, which fall on Oct. 9, 10 and 11, depriving tens of thousands of people of religious worship and observance.

Hunter Biden was not charged in the scheme, but Biden's name was reportedly "invoked at various stages of the fraud as a selling point in transactions."
Archer was indicted on March 26, 2018 and charged with conspiracy to commit securities fraud and securities fraud for a Native American tribal bond scheme hatched by Archer and several of his business partners. After a trial lasting approximately one month, the jury found Archer guilty on both counts. Archer asked the district court to set aside the jury's verdict and successfully pushed for a retrial.

Well, how about them apples.
@robbystarbuck
This is a video of Brandon Caserta, one of the ringleaders of the group of men arrested for a plot where the group planned to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Caserta has an anarchist flag behind him and in YouTube videos trashes police. He’s not a Republican, he’s an anarchist.

Neo "If she lied about her participation, she is off the list."
Why?
Test question: Can you name single person from the Obama and Clinton teams who cannot get a high profile job from Biden?
I can't either.

Mask and sunglasses. MY comment is that this mask mandate benefits certain miscreants. How in the heck can you identify a guy who has on both a mask and sunglasses?

Soylent,
Those are all underlying crimes and they should but probably won't be prosecuted.
But is mounting a CIA and FBI op to discredit Trump and swing an election a crime? If it isn't why the hell isn't it?
The Hatch act would be a tough sell because they weren't explicitly electioneering or campaigning for the sozzled, old gargoyle.

Ig: "...and swing an election..."
Those things continued well into the elected POTUS's term in office and that right there should be another category of crime.
If ANY of these things are not crimes, then the entire "Rule of Law" is a scandalous fiction.

9, 10 and 11, depriving tens of thousands of people of religious worship and observance.

he United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Wednesday reversed a lower court decision to grant a new trial in a fraud case involving Hunter Biden's ex-business partner Devon Archer.

Ditto here. I'm trying to remember the last time any of his predictions came to pass. I've never really forgiven him, or Tensing (?), however, for giving Eric Holder their stamp of approval when he was proposed for the Atty General spot. They temporarily allayed my fears, but he quickly proved far worse than I had even imaged. Corrupt, arrogant, bigoted, he must be pretty damn slippery to have avoided mention in all the DoJ dirt that's been revealed, when he was Obama's right hand and top of the DoJ heap the whole time.
