Powerline looks at an affidavit filed as part of the Trump vote fraud case. The lede is deeply buried, but patient readers eventually get a shock - the analysis demonstrates vote fraud by showing that total votes exceeded registered voters and area population. Unfortunately, to reach that conclusion the analyst matched Michigan votes with Minnesota voting districts, or something. Oops.
Here’s the problem: the townships and precincts listed in paragraphs 11 and 17 of the affidavit are not in Michigan. They are in Minnesota. Monticello, Albertville, Lake Lillian, Houston, Brownsville, Runeberg, Wolf Lake, Height of Land, Detroit Lakes, Frazee, Kandiyohi–these are all towns in Minnesota. I haven’t checked them all, but I checked a lot of them, and all locations listed in paragraphs 11 and 17 that I looked up are in Minnesota, with no corresponding township in Michigan. This would have been obvious to someone from this state, but Mr. Ramsland is a Texan and the lawyers are probably not natives of either Minnesota or Michigan.
Evidently a researcher, either Mr. Ramsland or someone working for him, was working with a database and confused “MI” for Minnesota with “MI” for Michigan. (The postal code for Minnesota is MN, while Michigan is MI, so one can see how this might happen.) So the affidavit, which addresses “anomalies and red flags” in Michigan, is based largely, and mistakenly, on data from Minnesota.
This is a catastrophic error, the kind of thing that causes a legal position to crash and burn. Trump’s lawyers are fighting an uphill battle, to put it mildly, and confusing Michigan with Minnesota will at best make the hill steeper. Credibility once lost is hard to regain. Possibly Trump’s lawyers have already discovered this appalling error, and have undertaken to correct it. But the Ramsland Affidavit was filed in Georgia just yesterday.
Not helpful. Trump's self-styled 'elite strike force team' picked a bad day to give up caffeine.
Jim Geraghty of NR does a good job every day. Today he tees up the classic line from A Few God Men:
Americans Deserve the Truth, Even If It’s Unpleasant
On the menu today: a blunt message about who is conning whom in the aftermath of the 2020 elections.
You Are Being Conned
You're being conned if you take Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell seriously, that is.
Stephen Moore of the Club For Growth and now a White House counselor, says its time for Trump to move on. To be fair and IIRC he does say that Trump may have a 20% chance with his legal cases (I am now locked out of the article.)
Moving this over here has been very difficult:

Now, Trump and his team may or may not be competent and they may or may not have the goods, but dismissing whatever they do have by finding a mistake is a logical fallacy.

I join with those who think there was nothing wrong with Tucker Carlson demanding evidence for what Sidney Powell alleges. He seemed to generally accept that there was evidence for the more mundane allegations of voter fraud made in the news conference. He just wasn't willing to accept on faith the grand conspiracy claims put forth by Powell.
Making allegations of an elaborate conspiracy without providing evidence plays into the hands of those who who wish to dismiss all the allegations as loony. Given the last four years, I don't at all dismiss the possibility that such a conspiracy exits, but to lots of people who would easily believe votes were manufactured, and ballots were fed multiple times through the counting machines, a scheme involving left-wing billionaires and voting-machine companies sounds far-fetched.
If the election goes to Trump, it will require a lot stronger evidence than anything needed to persuade Carson or me.

TomR "That's the tricky part. How does Team Trump expose the domestic part without creating a massive clusterfuck worldwide by admitting the US have been manipulating the outcome of foreign elections?"
Seems easy to me.
Trump's sworn duty is to uphold the US Constitution, period. Since that document is the compact between WeThePeople and our Government, whatever other concerns he has, protecting the rights of the people to select their leaders, including Trump, "trumps" all other concerns.
So Trump declassifies and releases everything related to our election. He can keep the foreign stuff classified, but if some of that spills out via releasing the domestic stuff...then tough turtles.
Besides if that is the price of giving our people the people we actually elected, any other country that is not already concerned seeing and hearing about this would be pretty stupid not to wonder about themselves.
So if it becomes "Springtime for Voters" worldwide, so be it.
Screw Davos.

BREAKING: Rudy Giuliani and other members of President Trump’s personal legal team will reportedly not be at a meeting Friday with two Michigan lawmakers due to an exposure to COVID-19, according to a new report. According to the sources who spoke to Axios, one participant said that Andrew Giuliani, a White House staffer and son of Rudy, had tested positive for the virus, while another said that the older Giuliani should not attend the meeting later in the day due to likely exposure to his son. The sources added that Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis said that if Giuliani had been exposed, the entire legal team had likely been, as well.

I'm late to today's discussion, but as far as Tucker, I felt anger roll over me as he went on the offensive about wanting evidence or a phone call from Sidney Powell. She is engaged in the fight of her life. He is a mere television host. Wonder how he'd act if he was badgered during an extreme crisis by some tv host?
As far as I'm concerned we are in a fight for our country. Yes, you can criticize Rudy for sweating and his hair dye. Yes, you can criticize Powell for her garbled voice. But we're all sitting out here, no pressure, while they are in a fight with the worst corruption I've seen in my lifetime. We're being forced to quarantine, wear masks -- I hate the masks, but I want to go into the store. I sometimes wonder 'here I hate wearing this mask, how angry, sad, scared, and helpless the Jewish people must have felt, wearing those yellow badges.
And, I got a letter today from Senator Lankford telling me how grateful he is -- for all of the goodness in our lives and how we should be grateful. Grateful for family and friends. Grateful we can enjoy Thanksgiving with our family ... and please do what they tell you about not enjoying it with a wider family. Well, here's the return letter I sent him:
Senator Lankford,
I was grateful to you for temporarily supporting President Trump during the past few months -- this was after no public support for him during the lies and travesty of the Russia investigation. I emailed you asking you to support him -- your reply was that 'we' need to investigate if Russia had interfered with our election, this was during a time when your Republican colleague, Devin Nunes (with evidence he saw in a SCIF) was open and supportive of the President. Perhaps you don't like or approve of our President as a person, but he has been a great leader. Just recently, you again have failed him -- instead of remaining silent or supporting him (with the full knowledge of the massive cheating of the Democrats in this election) you openly chide him about a transition of power -- which should never happen. You are, by your actions, supporting the corrupt Biden-Harris group, as well as a media who hates President Trump, and who lies to us, his supporters. I am sick at heart over what will happen to our country if this corrupt administration takes the helm. You should be working with President Trump, not adding your voice to a media, a Democrat party that hates people like me. I am so sad and heartbroken. Sincerely, Joan

She told Howie that they have a number of "smoking guns" and they will need witness protection. The evidence is terrifying. Millions of dead people voted. Biden probably has ten million fraudulent votes. She sounds exhausted.

I say this with all due respect: you can shove your anti-Trump crap right up your ass, TM.
You proudly voted for a dementia patient who’s spent five decades grifting from taxpayers and lying his off about pretty much everything, and on the rare occasions he’s been forced to actually take a stand on an important vote, he’s been invariably wrong. He’s promised to appoint a vile collection of racists and criminals to his Cabinet. His running mate is a lying communist whore who spent her entire term as Attorney General of California cackling about imprisoning poor people for using the same drugs she boasted about taking herself, when she wasn’t using the power of her office to protect her prosecutors who admitted to fabricating evidence and keep their victims wrongfully imprisoned. And you knew all that because it’s all public record.
Your judgment sucks, and your contempt for a President who has a record far stronger than you will ever allow yourself to acknowledge, and for his supporters including people here who respect you, is unseemly at best.

At the bottom of the hour (1:30 pm West Coast), KABC news reported once again that Biden has won the state of Georgia. They didn't expand on that statement, so I have no idea what it was based upon.
The President has said that the Georgia recount was insufficient because they weren't validating the signatures. If Georgia is merely repeating their initial count, that would be worthlessness in light of the seriousness of the allegations of fraud.

I’ll add one more thing, TM, if you’re reading this.
The ticket you voted for, and the people they will appoint, and a majority of their supporters, consider you and your family their enemy. They consider you a racist, and unfairly privileged, and undeserving of the life you have worked hard to build and to provide for your children.
They make no secret of this. You tick every box: white, older, upper middle class, suburban. They hate you, and hold you in contempt, and want to take away everything you have, and deny opportunity to your children, and force you to grovel in apology for daring to exist.
And you voted for it. I hope you enjoy it when they start doing exactly what they’ve promised and when your kids can’t get decent jobs and the range of allowed opinions is narrowed and then erased entirely. I hope you are proud to have cast your vote for all that.

I like Tucker Carlson. I used to defend him when he word bow ties and when he goes on a libertarian frolic. But I was listening to Rush (dear God what an ordeal) on the way to the dog park and two things bothered me. One was that Sidney Powell told about two items she gave Tucker and he said he got nothing. They both can't be true.
But the other is more clear cut: Tucker said that he contacted "anonymous contacts" on Team Trump and they said Sidney has been unforthcoming with them. First of all that's a pretty sneaky thing for Carlson to do. Second, after Tracy Beanz house was torched there are some pretty dangerous people you don't want getting info on whistleblowers and I wouldn't trust a single fucking person at Fox.

She can commute 2x/wk to her hospital clinical, wherever that may be.
I think our host is mocking us. What’s most sad about this mess is that if one really looks one can see the corruption and the global reset plan - we are not losing our minds. And the other side of Trump leaving the White House is so disturbing that I can’t get over how few see it.

The clearest way for this to move forward, in my opinion, is to accuse the DNC of using the Dominion machines and software to shove Bernie out and then SELL its use to crooked dems who used donations from corporations to BUY guaranteed seats.
I hope that would strip the dems of a lot of their support. If they can start out by arresting Soros as the person who has been funding a lot of this, that would be even better.

Tucker said that he contacted "anonymous contacts" on Team Trump and they said Sidney has been unforthcoming with them.
Tucker Carlson is protecting his rapidly diminishing turf with anonymous sources and accusations that Sidney Powell wouldn't play according to his rules. Powell's burden is far greater than dishing up some inside information to boost Carlson's TV ratings and he should know that.
This isn't the first time that I've read about Carlson's self-important, rude behaviour. Redundant though he may be at times, at least Hannity's loyalties are consistent.

“ Tucker said that he contacted "anonymous contacts" on Team Trump and they said Sidney has been unforthcoming with them.”
Well that removes all doubt about Chatsworth Osborne Jr.’s motivations.

Wauwatosa. Shooting at Mayfair Mall. Live coverage.
Whoa. I stayed right across the street from there last weekend. Ate a meal there.
You're being conned if you take Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell seriously, that is.
To what end would Giuliani or Powell decide to come forward so publicly, so forcefully, if they did not have something that they thought they could win with?
These are not irrational people. They have careers and reputations, and theoretically want to continue to have those things after January. Even if they don't have the goods, they must think that what they have is damning. There is no other explanation.
And as people who have been plying their trade successfully for many years, they must have some level of discernment on what "damning" would look like. Again, maybe they lose in court, but they think they what they have is damning, based on more experience than most of us have.
If anyone is conning anyone, its people conning themselves into thinking big name lawyers can't identify winning cases, and avoid losing ones.
This is why I have said it will be AmRev II.
It's not going to be massive reaction. Big Igloo is going to more like a whole bunch of individual ice blocks, here and there, crafted by people who get pushed too far. WIth the media situation as it is, you may never hear about each incident, or get disinformation about it.
Know the law, use good judgement, aim well, and have your lawyer on speed dial.

Who is Moore?

Stephen Moore, in the last paragraph of the post. That part caught my eye, I really didn't read the rest.

I wonder if a lawyer can be disbarred for filing frivolous complaints seeking disbarment.

Bill Corbett
@BillCorbett
Such a greedy, cruel and unserious response to this dangerous moment that it’s physically forcing me not to give a shit anymore. You’re on your own, buddy.
Please join me in giving $$ to food banks and places that directly help people in need. This is grotesque.
Joe Biden @JoeBiden
Here's the deal: Because President Trump refuses to concede and is delaying the transition, we have to fund it ourselves and need your help.
If you're able, chip in to help fund the Biden-Harris transition. joe.link/2UNbPwc

TM is afraid that he is facing 4 more years of President Trump.
Newsflash Mr Maguire-You are..
But the amazing thing is that with 4 more years of President Trump all those who oppose him so vehemently now are going to benefit from his policies.
Just today he poked Big Pharma in the eye with a plan for reduced drug prices.
I will be happy to pay less than 3 dollars a pill for prescriptions.
As for Sydney Powell, she is smart and doesn’t tip her hand.
I found Rudy and her very compelling.
I call on the posters from Georgia.
Please contact the Governor and SOS and make sure we don’t have any phony consent decrees for the run-off elections.
All the massive fraud will be revealed in due time.
Ignore the media and the naysayers.
Keep your eye on the prize.
Pelosi’s comments are appalling.
At the SOTU.-
I want the following to happen.
Before he begins to speak , President Trump should address Pelosi in front of everyone and say- please do not rip up the speech as it is a historical document and will only make you look petty and small in front of the American people.
Have a bit of dignity, you are 80 years old and should know how to behave at an historical occasion.

Lots more coming out on Fox Biz about Hunter Biden’s crimes. Will Biden be able to bury it if hr robs the election.

I'm sure Sidney Powell would be happy to go on Tucker's show if he had any audience to hear her message.

--I guess what I am suggesting is that it will be greatly hindered by fair weather fans with bullhorns.--
I don't think pundits, with bullhorns or otherwise, are going to be relevant when things go south.
Since war is an extension of politics by other means, once those other means are employed, the politicians either find a bunker or get their arse shot off. Likewise for the cheerleaders.

Jane:
Good news.
Get all the information about Biden( the big guy) and Hunter out there.
It helps for when we overturn the media narrative that Biden won the election.
If evidence shows how crooked he is people will accept the Trump victory more readily.
I like how right now the Dems are off guard , believing that Biden won.
They are in for a rude awakening.
