My sister the nurse and my high school classmate who worked at the hospital both were certain they had tested me when I was brought in.

When I woke up, as I came to my son and DIL were sitting in the room with NO MASKS. From this I surmised later (after discussing at Thanksgiving) that they got "The Look" from him and didn't dare to tell them to mask up.

I was given flu and pneumonia shots (neither of which I have ever had) and acquiesced only because I had no choice and had a bunch of wires and tubes stuck in me. They aren't getting a chance again with that Covid shot.
Anything Bill Gates is rubbing his hands together like Simon Legree over is a no go as far as I am concerned.
