Things are or aren’t happening based on evidence that might or might not exist on servers that were or weren’t seized by a military raid on CIA servers in Germany.
I believe you have to show that you have been harmed to have standing. Before the election, there was no harm.
That's what I thought in my non-lawyerly way. But I'm seeing that the PA SC seemed to base its ruling against Trump that they didn't fight VBM before the election.
"Upon consideration of the parties' filings in Commonwealth Court, we hereby dismiss the petition for review with prejudice based upon Petitioners' failure to file their facial constitutional challenge in a timely manner," the order read.
TM has COMPLETELY lost it--it's pitch black outside. Afternoon was gone over an hour ago.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”
-Samuel Adams (aka the Father of the American Revolution)
Here's some analysis of the PA SC decision that seems compelling to me. Regarding the legality of the PA legislature's authorization of VBM:
In interpreting the legislative power within the context of selecting Presidential Electors, the Supreme Court of the United States has held, “What is forbidden or required to be done by a state is forbidden or required of the legislative power under the state constitutions as they exist.” McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U.S. 1, 25 (1892). In other words, the “legislative power” to select Presidential Electors includes those limitations that state constitutions place on its legislatures—in this case, the Pennsylvania state constitution’s limiting of absentee voting....
Jen Psaki may not have much to do. Right now the press pool is prohibited from seeing Biden enter or exit the orthopedic doctor's office, and will not respond to inquiries about this.
The fact that no one from the President's legal team appears to be strongly objecting to the re-use of the Dominion machines in Georgia seems to say that they don't need it – not from the machines at any rate. Perhaps it's because they already have what they need from another source.
Along those same lines, perhaps the reported deadly raid in Frankfurt is a ruse as well because the President's team already has what it needs wrt the actual vote count.

The Plaintiffs asked for injunction against State defendants and he granted it. But then it was determined that machines are in possession of County officials, and State officials don't have authority to force county officials to act or not act.
That means his injunction would be ineffective as to the people who actually possess and control the machines because they are not parties. So his prior order was not binding on anyone who mattered.

I see everyone is already on the batten orders?
I was just checking in before going to bed and saw that had happened. Like most lawyers most everyone I went to law school with is a prog for various reasons. One of the things that comes up at any reunion is that the only alum of our class who is a fed judge was one of the weakest students in the class. Alums are reenforced in seeing being 'conservative' and mediocre as going hand in hand.

"British hero dog saved by U.S. doctors is awarded medal for valor"
"...Kuno that day already had evaded machine gun fire, tackled an enemy fighter, and uncovered weapons and explosives when his team inside a compound was pinned down by enemy gunfire and grenades.
Kuno raced forward to attack the insurgent who was trapping the British team. The insurgent shot Kuno, striking both of the dog's hind legs. Despite being wounded, Kuno pressed on.
"Undeterred, and barely breaking stride, Kuno launched himself at the insurgent, biting his arm and wrestling him to the ground," the PDSA said in an email to Just the News. "The insurgent was quickly incapacitated, but despite his wounds, Kuno continued to attack to maintain the advantage."
Kuno relented only after the British team's human members swept in to secure the compound, the PDSA said..."
