Let's see if our side can generate a buzz.
Expecting indictments in 3, 2, ....

Over 1,400 Californians Suspected of Voting in Nevada’s Election
Watchdog group claims 1,411 Nevada voters who later registered to vote
in California may have voted unlawfully in Nevada’s Presidential election.

Reno, Nevada. – Election Integrity Project, Nevada (EIPNv) sent a report on November 9 to Nevada’s Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske showing that 1,411 Nevada registered voters, who later registered to vote in California, nonetheless appear to have voted in the November 3 Nevada election. Based on its analysis of Nevada’s official voter registration file of November 6, 2020 and California’s voter registration file of August 18, 2020, EIPNv alleges the following:

There are 1,411 Nevada registrants who closely match a California registrant on first, middle and last name, and date of birth. Common names, which might be coincidences, are excluded.
These registrants’ California voter registration dates are later than their Nevada registration dates, indicating all 1,411 now reside in California. The California registration dates are all more than 30 days prior to the November 3 election, indicating the voters may not be lawfully eligible to vote in Nevada.
304 of the 1,411 Californians have a Nevada mailing address and/or Nevada phone number in their California voter records, further confirming their voting association with the Silver State.
Because these registrants are Active status in both states, they were likely mailed ballots by both states for the November election since both states mailed ballots to all Active registrants.
As of November 6, Nevada’s official voting histories show that these registrants voted in the Nevada election by mail or in person, despite their apparent residency in California. It is being determined whether they also voted in California.

“In this disputed presidential election, it is critical that election officials, parties and candidates investigate all possible voting violations,” said EIPNv representative Sharron Angle. “We encourage both the Nevada and California Secretaries of State to investigate and confirm our findings and disclose our findings files to all interested parties.”

EIPNv’s file can be requested from the Nevada Secretary of State. It contains only Nevada data. The filename is “EIPNv Findings Report_CA residents suspected of voting in NV 201103”

EIPNv’s parent company Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa) has sent the California findings to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla. The file name to request is
“EIPCa Findings Report_CA residents suspected of voting in NV 201103”

This is so like 1992 when the media refused to report good economic news while Bill Clinton was still in the midst of campaigning on "It's the economy, stupid."

This time it's the CCP/Dem virus. Just in today's news, Fauci admits in July that testing would result in large numbers of false positives. We find out today after the election.

Next we have Cuomo coming on to say distribution of vaccine announced today should be stopped because Trump.

(Thanks TK and AB for links.)

Down the road I predict two things. The media will be pulling out all the stops to promote the narrative that Joe Biden's near miraculous handing of the CCP/Dem virus saved the country from Trump's failed policies. I expect that to start very soon.

The second thing I predict is that Biden lifting the travel bans from certain Muslim countries will pave the way for a terrorist attack in the next couple of years in the U.S. The Biden administration will blame it on white supremacists. He will use that to argue for more gun controls.

The fly in Biden's ointment is the real possibility that Trump prevails, in spite of the intense media pressure demanding that Trump concede. He won't.

I cancelled my subscription to the Wall Street Journal this morning. I've been a subscriber for about 20 years, but seeing the headline this morning,"U.S. Stocks Surge on Vaccine Results, Biden Win" was way more than I can take.

I had to call customer service to cancel, where I sat on hold. "Due to heavier than normal call volumes, your wait time may be longer than usual." This may not be a good day for the WSJ.

The rep asked why. I said I no longer have faith in WSJ news coverage. I'll save myself nearly $500 per year. The rep asked if I would stay on if she cut the price in half. No thanks. Have a nice day.

A sensible approach that I wish some of our allies had taken. From AFA.net, a Christian group--

Over the past several months, AFA encouraged all Americans to be informed voters and to exercise their right to vote.

On November 3, voters turned out in record numbers. We are now in a situation where one team is standing on the podium with the trophy while the referees are still reviewing the final play that could decide the outcome of the game.

Despite multiple media outlets declaring former Vice President Joe Biden the winner of the presidential election, it is important to remember that the Constitution clearly defines that electors from each state choose the president once each state has certified its respective results. None of that has occurred. Furthermore, there is ongoing litigation in multiple states concerning the results of the election.

We believe that the judicial system should rule on these lawsuits and ensure every legal vote is counted before a winner is declared. Only then will Americans have faith that our election has taken place with integrity and fairness.

Twitter has interesting standards.
You get banned if you discuss the possibility of election fraud.
But it headlines two stories on "President-elect" Biden.
Large social media are the internet and wireless arm of the State's house organs of propaganda.

And can we stop saying the "Deep State?" Deep implies it is somehow or in some way hidden. It's right out in the open and it is THE State. Tiny portions of it are not our enemy but the vast majority of it is. And because leftism is totalitarian, always has been always will be, prog NGOs, the various media, the academy, Hollywood, etc, are all slowly being absorbed as manifestations of that State.

I'd say, multiple media outlets that have declared Biden the winner, have done it to stoke the violence if Trump prevails in recounts, in court, and manages to remain in office. The riots and looting will resume. It looks suspiciously as if somebody put out the word to cooperating media outlets to declare Joe the winner rather than wait for election certification.

Yeah, statistical anomalies (like the dog that didn't bark) are only useful for telling you where to look for the crime and real evidence, not to prove anything.

It still seems to me that Trump should not have to prove that cheating changed the outcome. Proof of it should be enough to penalize the cheaters, and at least throw the EV decisions to the state legislatures.

Outright fraud aside, higher courts could and should rule that election rules were changed illegally, since it was done by bureaucrats and judges, not by legislation.

Good point. IANAL but my impression is that's limited to labor law. You can't, for example, accuse someone of insider trading simply because they made a ridiculous amount of money in the stock market. They have to find a smoking gun.

The closest thing I can think of is DNA testing, blood typing, fingerprinting, etc. They come up with probabilities that it was the accused, and that argument seems to be allowed. But that doesn't work with voting patterns, as there's no way to establish objective probabilities.
