Lots more idiot coppers at 'audit the audit'. Common sense and professionalism are dying virtues everywhere it seems.
The attorney is excellent.
E+ One Month and though there is ample evidence of massive results changing fraud in the key states (right precisely where everybody knew they would do it last summer), for those of us just watching, aside from huffing and puffing there is so far no indication the needle is moving at all toward the man who actually won the election.
"Sound and fury" sometimes really can signify nothing.
Other stuff, Buckeye, might have been massively organized and implemented in April that would also have us in a very different place right now. See my 11:27.
OL 11:27- it is discouraging indeed. I'm not disagreeing with your viewpoint or pessimism (I have plenty of my own, apples and trees and all that), but here is a POTENTIAL more hopeful way to view it:
It takes time to build a narrative, and, realistically, the HUMAN individuals in the positions to either 1. fail to certify 2. make rulings to block certification or 3. vote to overrule certifications either at the state legislature or in DC need to be really, REALLY convinced, with much of the public behind them, that enough fraud occurred to overturn the apparent results of a presidential election. I know a lot of SINCERE conservative Trump supporters who are not sure yet (this shocks me, but it's crucial to consider.) You cannot just drop all this stuff at once and have it stick. It's painful for those of us who were already not fooled by any of this going INTO the election to live through the drip drip drip, but it may be the best way.
If the video of the suitcases had come out weeks ago, the fake fact checkers would have snuffed it out instantly with an excuse. But after weeks of supportive evidence trickling out, it's not so easily dismissed. Trump mentioned in his tweet of that video "there's much more like this coming".. ok.. by now I have learned (through anatomical deterioration of the neural circuity that normally responds to such teases, probably stemming from actual cell death caused by their overstimulation in the last month) to not put stock in a comment like that. But if there are more such videos coming, it will be much more impactful to 1. show the first one 2. let the dems give all their excuses and let those sort of fizzle then 3. drop the rest. This is true more broadly.. even if we had 9 Thomas' on SCOTUS they wouldn't vote to overturn the election with what was out there at ED + 1 week.
The trouble is, it's a really tough needle to thread. It's an incredibly tight time table to put this all together, roll it out at a pace that makes sense, move through the actual courts and public opinion courts in parallel, in 5 states at once, and have it all sink in with the fake media working against us, just in time for crucial rulings before the electors are chosen, or before the vote in dc, or before the inaguration, or whatever.
So don't get me wrong.. I'm not suggesting it's 6-D chess (can't remember how many dimensions we've already gotten to).. and I'm not fooling myself that it's all going to work out. But just saying.. we in this group are on the very leading edge of the bell curve when it comes to outlook on this thing, and the reality is that the Overton window has to get there for this to actually happen.
NEW: Judge Questions Whether Trump’s Pardon of Michael Flynn Is 'Too Broad'
U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said Emmet Sullivan could find that “the wording of the pardon is too broad, in that it provides protections beyond the date of the pardon.”

Fact Check: Video From Georgia Does NOT Show Suitcases Filled With Ballots Suspiciously Pulled From Under A Table; Polls Watchers Were NOT Told To Leave.--
We are now deeply into Theodore Dalrymple's 'we dare you to believe your lyin eyes' propaganda effort.
The question of whether they believe the BS they peddle is irrelevant. Both answers lead to the same place; kinetic politics.
This Georgia film seems like a potential game changer. Those four people left in the room, if their explanations don't cut it, then voters can't be expected to believe it was a legitimate election. If that film shows election fraud, then who knows how much unfilmed election fraud there was? Allegations in other states will have to be taken more seriously, and it could get interesting quickly.
But who's going to hear about it? Who's going to see it? That film is blacked out. "It never happened. The count never stopped in Fulton. We never asked people to leave. We never said we were stopping. Trumpers are nuts." The fairy tale is told, and unless someone is already looking at conservative media, sticking.
MM - I'm glad you were able to speak with your son. You probably remember I also had a similar injury - C2 broken in 2 places. Happened on a Saturday - was transferred from a local hospital to Grady and not allowed even water until Monday. My mouth felt like cotton. They were waiting for the neurologists to determine if I needed surgery or not. I was on high levels of pain meds which also made my mouth dry.
I'm sure he will be fine and I'm so glad he's in a good hospital. It helped me to count my blessings as I was told over and over how often my injury led to permanent paralysis.
But who's going to hear about it? Who's going to see it? That film is blacked out.
The film will always exist, it can't be disappeared; if it's a film of actual election fraud then it will become big news despite the media attempts to bury it.
I really don't see how he can lose PA. The state supreme court extended the deadline for accepting ballots. That's writing law, can't do that! And Alito has ordered all ballots received after 8:00 pm to be separated and held. He must be waiting for more outcome determinative suits to surface. Looking up for Trump in PA.
In Arizona a judge ordered an audit of corrected ballots and found two for Biden that were Trump votes. Because Biden's lead is so small, the judge ordered another audit of 2500 more. Again, this is outcome determinative and could flip Arizona.
Wisconsin, a highly outcome determinative suit by Trump claiming over 200,000 ballots should be thrown out because Wisconsin law states that mail in or absentee ballots have to be requested in writing and since these ballots don't have the requests, those ballots by law have to be discounted. Biden can kiss his 20,000 vote lead good bye!
Georgia, a judge issued a restraining order for 10 days, preventing defendants from destroying or erasing dominion voting machines.
And in Nevada, a judge ordered that a Trump team could inspect the voting machines but were denied access. Should be interesting.
Rocco, I agree about PA, a real count would show Trump getting more votes than Biden. The election rules were changed without a legislative vote - SCOTUS is where that belongs, and I think Trump will prevail there.
Georgia looks good, too. And then all you'd need would be Nevada...
The emerging prog talking points seem to be they weren't literally suitcases of ballots, just ballot boxes of ballots. And they didn't literally tell Rep poll observers to leave they just announced the count was done for the night, covered all the tables and waited until everyone who believed what they said, the poll observers and the media, left, and then began counting.
We weren't caught cheating this particular way, but another very slightly different way, so...FAKE NEWS!
A trial judge raised the possibility that another federal judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s case could find that President Donald Trump’s pardon of Flynn is too broad, if it unlawfully protects the former national security adviser from future prosecutions.
After the pardon of Richard Nixon by Gerald Ford, where is "too board" coming from ?
This may sound Ledge like and sorry if it discourages anyone but I am highly, highly skeptical Trump will prevail.
I am so for the same reason I have always been highly skeptical anyone significant would be prosecuted for Barrygate; we are asking the very same corrupt system which is committing the crimes to investigate and convict itself.
Since self-governance is in the process of being dismantled I'm afraid self-help is the only other option.
This is from Facing History and Ourselves. I guess the humane world drove the need for the unmasking.
Teaching in Times of Uncertainty: A conversation with Samantha Power

Dec 5, 5:30-6:30 ET Main Stage/General Session
Amid these unprecedented times, we recognize the importance of coming together as a community--no matter our physical distance. Join us as Ambassador Samantha Power talks about inspiring young people to realize their potential to be upstanders for a more humane and just country and world. Ambassador Power will be in conversation with Karen Murphy, Director of International Strategy, to explore how teachers can address this historical moment with their students, including the 2020 Presidential Election, the health of democracy, the factors that shape our civic decision-making, the power of youth agency and voice, and how we can be local and global citizens.
National Skills Coalition – and our network of business leaders, labor leaders, community advocates, community colleges, and workforce and education officials – is ready to partner with the Biden Administration to advance an economic agenda that is inclusive and leads to equitable results for every worker in every industry. That’s why we just released Skills for an Inclusive Recovery: An Agenda for President Biden and Congress, which includes concrete legislative proposals that would help build an inclusive economic recovery.
We’ve also outlined proposals that could be implemented administratively by the Biden Administration during the first year in office. We’ve shared these ideas with the Biden-Harris transition team in 10 detailed policy memos, which, if implemented, would transform the lives of millions of workers and businesses, and set our country on a path to a truly inclusive economic recovery. These recommendations, along with our federal agenda, have been featured in POLITICO, IndustryWeek, HR Dive, Education Dive, and Society for Human Resource Management.
For more about our plans for an inclusive economic recovery, listen to the latest episode of the Skilled America podcast and watch our most recent webinar: Breaking Down the Election – it’s an analysis of what the election results mean for opportunities to advance our agenda and how we’ll facilitate engagement with your elected representatives in Washington D.C. over the next six months.
And speaking of that federal advocacy: Will you help us tell Congress and the new administration that building back better means investing in skills training by signing and sharing our petition? We want to build momentum for our Inclusive Economic Recovery Agenda by sending 30,000 signatories to Congress.
State policy, too, has an essential role to play in an inclusive economic recovery - state policy decisions in 2021 will determine the economic fate of millions of workers and small businesses, including the ability of unemployed residents to train for jobs in new industries and those created by federal stimulus efforts. Read our recent blog post - NSC's State Policy Networks Will Help Shape Inclusive Recovery - to learn more about how NSC is working with our SkillSPAN and BLU affiliates to develop and advocate for inclusive skills policy as central to state recovery efforts
The motto to "Tell Washington: Building back better means leaving nobody behind" means there is a perfect alignment with the Harris-Biden blueprint and the UN and OECD global plans. Not a coincidence given all this fraud.
The UN has an entity called CIFAL that trains mayors, governors, city council memebers and other local pols in the UN's plans and how to get them implemented in what is called the Glocal emphasis. There is one cifal in north america. It is located in atlanta.
I'm sure that has nothing to do with all this coordinated fraud in the Presidential election.
Elon Musk's Starlink is getting excellent reviews from customers in rural Montana and Idaho. Apparently upload and download speeds are equivalent to your local cable provider. I love what he's done with SpaceX and Starlink.
By the way, anyone remember when I wrote about WIOA and the almost unanimous support for it in 2014 and no one wanting to write about it. It dovetails perfectly with this agenda as well as the Qualification Frameworks I warned about in my book. A webinar yesterday touted the role of "Universal Qual Frameworks" in the Equity agenda and then went on to say they were modeled on what NZ had already implemented. I actually got my most damaging links from OZ.

So true. You would think that the Twitter and Facebook thought police would have figured out by now that their "Nothing to see here" warnings act like a beacon drawing people to pay greater attention.
If you want to like something on Twitter, they even have a pop up screen to remind you that they have dubbed the comments untrue or inaccurate. You have to click on that screen to complete your view of the comment. It's annoying, offensive and contrary to what I've always believed constitutes free speech in America.

And Trump knows all about that kind of thing.

Things are looking up IMO!

Rocco, I agree about PA, a real count would show Trump getting more votes than Biden. The election rules were changed without a legislative vote - SCOTUS is where that belongs, and I think Trump will prevail there.
Georgia looks good, too. And then all you'd need would be Nevada...
Posted by: hrtshpdbox | December 04, 2020 at 12:33 PM
The emerging prog talking points seem to be they weren't literally suitcases of ballots, just ballot boxes of ballots. And they didn't literally tell Rep poll observers to leave they just announced the count was done for the night, covered all the tables and waited until everyone who believed what they said, the poll observers and the media, left, and then began counting.
We weren't caught cheating this particular way, but another very slightly different way, so...FAKE NEWS!

And this.

"An Agenda for President Biden and Congress".

If you want to like something on Twitter, they even have a pop up screen to remind you that they have dubbed the comments untrue or inaccurate. You have to click on that screen to complete your view of the comment. It's annoying, offensive and contrary to what I've always believed constitutes free speech in America.
