Ugh, hubs was with his father about an hour, and his sister discovered via some web portal (she has health proxy) that fil in fact tested positive late last night. There were two tests, rapid and some other. So hubs got out of dodge, and sister is there. No one from the hospital has called, very strange. Maybe due to the holiday? He seems to be doing okay. He’s up and eating soup. I am making soup and urging hubs to push for calling the hospital for some answers and advice, and possibly more meds. The sister who spent the night now has to quarantine and canceled the Christmas gathering we had planned for tomorrow. Everyone is a bit nervous, and his sister was quite upset for having exposed everyone. Not her fault at all. Happy freakin’ new year! (Hubs told sisters, “I was never here.” ) I ordered querciten for him, and we have the zinc, D, and C here. Likely I have had it if it’s so contagious, and so then has he.

The press was pretty much thank-you-sir-may-I-have-another? for eight years under Obama; but they worshiped at Obama's feet, whereas I'm pretty certain they hold Biden in contempt. Will political expediency be enough to keep them in line? Will they go after Biden as soon as he's (presumably) inaugurated, in the hopes of getting a Harris presidency? I like to think that if Biden precipitously resigns, the fact that it was a setup all along to get Harris into office will debilitate her presidency, despite the best efforts of the press.

Before even discussing the massive corruption which took place in the 2020 Election, which gives us far more votes than is necessary to win all of the Swing States (only need three), it must be noted that the State Legislatures were not in any way responsible for the massive....

....changes made to the voting process, rules and regulations, many made hastily before the election, and therefore the whole State Election is not legal or Constitutional. Additionally, the Georgia Consent Decree is Unconstitutional & the State 2020 Presidential Election....

....is therefore both illegal and invalid, and that would include the two current Senatorial Elections. In Wisconsin, Voters not asking for applications invalidates the Election. All of this without even discussing the millions of fraudulent votes that were cast or altered!

A traditional lucky Irish dinner on the 1st to ensure a prosperous new year.

We do it every year.

Interestingly, my oldest daughter up in Chicago emulated the tradition substituting soda farls for the soda bread. Said she wanted to start her own tradition which I found touching.

I kicked it up a notch to avoid another repeat of 2020 though by adding extra bacon to the potato torte.
