Donor class is not nationalist, populist, or traditional.
He is also going to cover an announcement from Vernon Jones in Georgia.
The federal government won the right to take immediate possession of private land along the United States-Mexico border in order to continue construction of the border wall — and it does not appear the Biden administration is giving it back to landowners.

In which this: "...American Thinker founder Thomas Lifson tells me that the most interesting part of the piece, however, is how Venezuelans have adopted the widespread use of the dollar. To me, that story was invisible, it's been going on for about four years, and obviously has accelerated as Venezuela's money turns less valuable than toilet paper.
The real story it seems, is that unlike everything else in that socialist hellhole, the dollar is still worth something. And being worth something, it's being used in exchange for something else that's worth something -- no, not a Joe Biden-type government "infrastructure" project, but a company that actually makes things of great quality that people want to buy."
Raises the question of what exactly the world (not to mention we in the USA) will use for currency once they have completed the MMT'ing of the US Dollar? The only thing going for the dollar these days, and on this trajectory, is that everybody else is worse.
Hence Bitcoin if you have the b*lls for that approach.

Triggered (no pun intended) by the rash of mass shootings over the past month, one begins to wonder if the environment of pandemic oppression created over the past year has something to do with them.
So, doing what my engineering mind has been trained to do, I started trying to make sense of all of it. The first question I always ask is this: “Have we seen anything like this before?” It is a way my mind can set some sort of baseline for an analysis of the various scenarios and situations.
I am not a doctor like Jill Biden or even a mental health professional but have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the past and I have been reading about the psychological state of people trapped in European countries overrun and occupied by Nazi Germany during WWII. Given these cultures are remarkably similar in many ways to our American culture, I believe I am seeing many similarities between the current psychological state in America and that of those people in those occupied countries in Europe during WWII.
Present in both occupied countries and Pandemic USA are the similar characteristics of domination – restrictions of movement (lockdowns, restrictive protocols, and vaccine passports), an uncertain future (inconsistent messaging, cryptic plans and contradictory and indefinite declarations from authorities), public behavior rules (mask mandates), erosion of trust due to a division of society (vaccinated/not vaccinated, masked/not masked) accompanied by societal friction (moral scolds and neighborhood spies).
When all of that is overlaid by a central authority (Führer Biden and his administration), an enforcement arm (Reichsmarschall Fauci and his Keystone Kops at the NIH and CDC), a propaganda ministry (our lying state media) and a group of vocal collaborators (neighborhood Karens who yell at you for not wearing your mask), America begins to look a lot like Vichy France.
It is no surprise that in every population, there is a normal statistical distribution of physical, intellectual, and mental characteristics. While we numerically quantify physical and intellectual characteristics all the time through things like sports performance statistics and school test scores, I am not sure if mental state can be numerically quantified, but it stands to reason that a binomial (normal bell curve) distribution can also be applied to various states of mental health. If that is true, it means we should be able to theorize there are tails of the curve out past plus/minus three standard deviations that contain the psychologically strongest to the right and the weakest to the left.
If we accept the premise there is a normal distribution, it makes sense to overlay the criminal occurrences with the war-like occupation environment that exists today.
Those people in the left-hand tail of the curve, those struggling with how to cope in a world of ambiguity, often seek to eliminate what they perceive as the cause of their stress. That elimination can take many forms – delusion, isolation, withdrawal, anger, meltdowns, or psychological breaks – but it can also take the form of violence. Often, people who cannot cope use violence (particularly gun violence) to remove what they perceive as the cause of their pain. They see the act of attacking a company, a group of co-workers, or even students the same way as they do an attack on an individual – they just want the pain, the anger, and the confusion to go away.
Afterwards, it is not uncommon for the perpetrator to take their own life, something I think comes from remorse after realizing what they did, did not resolve their problem.
The nexus of these two propositions, the psyops of the Biden-Fauci regime and the mass killings, is this – America needs saving from its self-imposed oppression and chaos.
Europe was totally incapable of saving itself. From a policy perspective, the ability of Germany to execute its blitzkrieg had at least as much to do with Europe’s collective weakness and fecklessness as it did with Germany’s strength and resolve. It took the Allied Forces to free Europe from Hitler’s grip, but we might as well say the “allies” was really the USA.
It is possible that America still has the strength and resolve to save itself. If you know statistics, you know that plus or minus one standard deviation from the mean includes 68.26% of the population - plus or minus two gets us to 95.44%. I have to believe there are enough people in there somewhere to unite and stand with people of good faith to stop us from going down the path to occupation by our own Vichy government.
In 2019 more than forty percent of aspiring law school graduates failed the bar exam. Nearly thirty thousand test-takers otherwise qualified to practice law were, given the score threshold required to pass the exam (the “cut score”), lost to the profession. Had the cut score been lower, many would now be lawyers. This exclusion disproportionately affects members of underrepresented and disadvantaged groups who stand to benefit most from entry into the legal profession. A common defense for retaining or raising cut scores is that doing so prevents lawyer malfeasance. But the bar exam is not designed for these purposes. This paper enters this scholarly and regulatory conversation by testing whether states’ bar exam scores predict lawyer misconduct. If they do not, it would remove one argument against lowering bar exam cut scores to promote diversity and growth of the legal profession. Using data comprising states’ bar exam cut scores and disciplinary records from the American Bar Association between 2013 and 2018, we employ statistical modeling to evaluate the relationship between cut scores and attorney discipline. We find no evidence that higher bar exam cut scores produce fewer complaints, charges, or disciplinary actions.
If the vaccine is 90% effective we’d have expected 7 million covid cases after vaccination. It’s 5,800
That's not right either, though. Only a fraction of that 77 million would have gotten exposed. But even if only a million got exposed, 95% would mean 50,000 cases, not 5800.
Some friends and I were discussing the seemingly constant string of violent events that only occur when a black person is shot by police, how two black children essentially skated in the murder of an Uber driver and how the amount of media attention in a “mass shooting” is directly proportional to the race of the assailant, one friend made the statement that he thought America is having a tough time defining crime.
I pointed out that it is not that we are having a tough time defining the crime, we have plenty of laws that define crime, what we have is selective enforcement based on factors that have nothing to do with the crime itself.
There are DA’s making prosecution decisions on racial and economic status, local law enforcement leadership turning their backs on riots – adopting the “blow off a little steam” containment strategy developed by Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in 2015 and afterwards, not prosecuting the offenders, and the FBI Federales aggressively taking aim at white protesters from the January 6th riot in DC while letting ANTIFA and BLM attacks on Federal buildings in Seattle and Portland skate.
While it seems that this arbitrary and capricious enforcement is based on race, it really is not. It is based on conformance, support, or helpfulness to a specific ideology – and it is not conservativism.
After thinking about our discussion and letting the discussion marinate in my wrinkly brain matter, I came to the realization that we have transitioned into something far more insidious, sinister, and pernicious. This cut goes deeper than just the relationship between our law enforcement and justice systems and crime and criminals, it extends to the public and medical policy and the people who interact with those systems.
We have always had affirmative action programs where racial minorities were given preferences, but to a large degree, what was available to the protected classes through preference remained available to non-minorities at large. College, medical and law school admissions are some examples - there are affirmative action admits but not the majority of admits. Non- white candidates were beneficiaries of a lowered admission standard but if anyone else who met the unadjusted standard, they still had a shot -they were not necessarily shut out.
But - and that is a BIG but – America is now seeing the overt award of government benefits and medical treatments exclusively and solely based on racial identity (more specifically, they are reserved exclusively for non-whites). Some examples are the direct payouts to black farmers (that are not available to any non-black farmers), the plans to parcel out Covid vaccines based on race and the programs in New York and California that pay stipends to illegal immigrants (who are mostly non-white). Pretty much every Democrat proposal that uses “racism” as its basis is this – a preference system based on race - systemic racism, environmental racism, etc. are examples.
This is something old but new in our country – and completely against American tradition, established federal laws and most of all, it is against the Constitution. We fought a war and passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to stop it.
Some people took issue with my premise that Biden was illegitimate because he violated his oath when he said, “No constitutional amendment is absolute”, but this is illegitimacy on an entirely different level.
Singling people out by race as special exclusions from law is unconstitutional, as is the gifting of taxpayer money to a specific race.
This is de facto reparations based purely on race, something no American government has the power to enact unilaterally and without the consent of the governed. It is not their duty to judge whether the American people are guilty of a collective sin.
The Biden administration is following the Obama playbook – we are going to do this, and you can just try and stop us if you can.

When Hawthorne, Calif.-based startup Epirus decided to test a new electronic weapon last winter, it filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). AT has this from Monica Showalter:
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/04/dollar_triumphs_in_socialist_hellhole_rescuing_high_quality_producers.html

Hey Narc...if a vac is 90% effective against a bug that 99.7% already survive without it, does that mean a vac'd healthy person is 99.999999% safe, unless, of course, the shot kills him?
Could some scientist do the math, please?

·

Speaking of dumbing down--
In 2019 more than forty percent of aspiring law school graduates failed the bar exam.

Given the weak calibre of questions at some of the cle programs I have attended I was assuming the bar cut scores had already been lowered.

That's not right either, though. Only a fraction of that 77 million would have gotten exposed. But even if only a million got exposed, 95% would mean 50,000 cases, not 5800.

Michael Smith
We best gird our loins and stop them.

Why the FCC Keeps Shooting Down Requests From Companies That Want To Shoot Down Drones
Regulators have denied testing permits to at least four electronic warfare systems in the last six months
When Hawthorne, Calif.-based startup Epirus decided to test a new electronic weapon last winter, it filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). It wanted to test its high power microwave device in the California desert east of Palm Springs, about three miles from a small airport and the busy I-10 interstate.
The unnamed prototype would be operated intermittently with an effective radiated power of 270 megawatts—thousands of times higher than the strongest FM radio stations, and in the same ballpark as controversial experiments that produce artificial aurorae—and have a range of 300 meters.
