Per CNN and "according to a source with direct knowledge of the matter", a big announcement is due Thursday:
Biden will announce vaccination requirement across federal government on Thursday
There will be an exception:
Biden will not impose the requirement on the US military, despite his authority to do so, for the time being. He is, however, likely to outline how the Department of Defense may seek to approach the issue going forward, the source said.
Obvious takeaway - you can keep your freedoms if you have a gun.
As Team Biden puzzles over how to promote vaccine uptake, they might find helpful clues in their NY Times.
The Defense Secretary:
Defense Secretary Lloyd J. Austin III has said he would not be comfortable with a mandate until the Food and Drug Administration fully approved the vaccine.
And a NYC municipal union leader irked by the new DeBlasio mandate:
Oren Barzilay, the president of a union of emergency medical workers that opposes the mandate, said that some of his 4,300 members have expressed concerns about side effects or complications from the vaccine and about the U.S. Food and Drug Administration not yet giving full approval to any coronavirus vaccine.
To belabor the seemingly obvious - if taking the vaccine is such a no-brainer, how come the Big Brains at the FDA are still noodling it? They want more data, but the vax-hesitant are knuckleheads for wanting more data?
I'm pro-vax but anti-nonsense. Biden has said the FDA will approve these vaccines any month now:
“My expectation talking to the group of scientists we put together, over 20 of them plus others in the field, is that sometime maybe in the beginning of the school year, at the end of August, beginning of September, October, they’ll get a final approval” for the vaccines, Mr. Biden said.
September, October, whenever. What's the rush? RUFKM?!?
C'mon, man - I've worked in bureaucracies where 'Hasta Manana" isn't just a saying but a lifestyle commitment. But that is not what we look for in the Fire Department or the Police Department and it certainly shouldn't be the FDA approach to a tremendous public health crisis. I'm getting a mental image of a burning house with smoke, flames and people coming out the windows while the FDA studies whether the fire hoses contain BPA. Get this done!
Meanwhile CDC puts kids in masks for school, and workers in masks in offices. Lockdown II Boogaloo! It’ll last past next year’s Election Theft II, “Bigger Xerox’s, Fewer ID’s, No Legal Access!”
Meanwhile, that office you just reopened… sucker! An in person conference… hah!
And Chief Justice Roberts is using all his tissue drying his eyes watching Pelosi’s Show Trials.

The aquarium in seward is amazing and they do sea life rehab there as well. We were there all morning to mid-afternoon on a cruise before we were bussed on to anchorage for the land portion of the trip--denali and fairbanks.
Since my kids had largely grown up in Florida and were used to the hurricane evacuation route signs there, they were tickled by the Tsunami Evacuation signs posted along Seward roadways. Of course, their Mr Science dad told them all about the 9.2 and how much force that would involve each time even one tenth changes.
I got a similar talk when the san francisco earthquake occurred when we were dating. I have had to learn science over the years and he's gotten a dose of history.

How many millions of doses have been administered for each? Hundreds and hundreds.
How many individuals have had serious side effects directly attributable?
What is the efficacy rate?
And the Eniac sez!!!!
It's been 7-8 months since the first vaccinations and the world has not ended. In fact until the evil scary delta gamma phi variant infection and fatality rates plummeted.
The Red Guards narrative about buck toothed right wingers being the problem is a lie when analyzed. It is a very broad group who don't want the vaccines and includes almost every demographic except Karens.

DOJ fires warning shot against ‘unusual’ post-election ballot reviews
https://www.politico.com/news/2021/07/28/doj-warning-election-ballot-reviews-501295
“Jurisdictions have to be careful not to let those ballots be defaced or mutilated or lost or destroyed as part of an audit,” said a Justice Department official who briefed reporters on condition of anonymity. “This document puts down a marker that says the Justice Department is concerned about this.”
Why ? because these ballots might be used in yet another audit ? They are get destroyed after 22 months (depends on state).

Clarice--
The CRT creators keep stating that they want to transform society by getting at prevailing values and belief systems, yet that graphic language keeps getting overlooked. Authors like that one act like it is simply a matter of radicalizing the view of this country from a historical perspective.
No, it's far worse. NAS has a new Keep the Republic Initiative and its Director has been doing something similar. If you only read the story though instead of being familiar with the actual writings, you fail to appreciate just how radical these plans are.
On August 3 the American Constitution Society, for CLE credit is called "Founding Failures: Transformative Change and the Movement for Racial Equity" discussing its support for TRHT--the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Commission and why it's not looking for reconciliation.
The Kellogg Foundation began pushing the TRHT in 2016 _after the election" and already had lots of influential partners. Now ACS is on board and yet I can't get anyone hyping CRT or Action Civics to have an interest in what the advocates say they are doing with these theories.
It reminds me so much of the coordinated deceit and think tank coordination around the Common Core. This morning's Ace linked to a Spectator article from yesterday that came out in favor of competency-based education--describing it precisely but not using that term. It would certainly explain all the white papers put out that were works of fiction on what CBE entails.
Honestly it all feels a bit like a RICO coordination to fundraise by upsetting parents but never quite telling them the truth either.

I call BS on the Secretary of Defense re this. In May 1969 I was enrolled in the Big Mean Green Machine at Ft. Polk Louisiana. In just four months training they were going to turn me into a low paid professional killer--your prototypical 11 Bravo Light Weapons Infantryman.
A few days after arriving at the Reception Center (and after the mandatory haircut) we newbies lined up in our fatigue pants and tee shirts--and went past a line of Army Medical types armed with high pressure vaccine injectors. If you smarted off the Medic held the injector two inches off your arm and cut the bejabbers out of you. We were vaccinated against half a dozen diseases. A week later we had round two and got vaccinated against three or four more.
Yeah, we were going to get a gun--eventually but we sure as heck had no choice about getting vaccinated.

--I'm pro-vax but anti-nonsense.--
I'm pro logic.
The jab makes sense for some people but not others. If it's effective then the non vaccinated are a threat to no one but themselves, and if they are not in a high risk group that risk is pretty miniscule.
If it's only marginally effective then it might very well be better for those at low risk to contract the disease and develop natural immunity.
Instead we now have the "experts" suggesting those who have had the bug should get vaccinated anyway.
The fact is when politics and science are comingled, the science isn't just corrupted; it simply disappears. Science cannot exist where people cannot trust that it is impartial; and dictatorial science is the most partial there is.
Somewhat paradoxically, unless actual scientific skepticism is allowed to flourish, skepticism of all science will balloon and the retards trying to enforce the consensus of 'trust the science' are the very same retards making it unreliable and impossible to do so.

Whistleblower:
“45,000 People Have Died from New Vaccines
The whistleblower — a computer programmer who developed more than 100 distinct healthcare fraud algorithms, and who has expertise in healthcare data analytics that allows her to access Medicare and Medicaid data obtained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) — filed a sworn statement under penalty of perjury alleging the actual number of COVID vaccine-related deaths is closer to 45,000. The whistleblower alleged that VAERS, while extremely useful, is under-reported by a conservative factor of at least five. In her statement, she said: America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a motion July 19, seeking immediate injunctive relief in Alabama Federal District Court to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines — Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) — for three groups of Americans. Included in the motion was the sworn testimony of a whistleblower with access to CDC data: “On July 9, 2021, there were 9,048 deaths reported in VAERS. I verified these numbers by collating all of the data from VAERS myself, not relying on a third party to report them. In tandem, I queried data from CMS medical claims with regard to vaccines and patient deaths, and have assessed that the deaths occurring within 3 days of vaccination are higher than those reported in VAERS by a factor of at least 5. This would indicate the true number of vaccine-related deaths was at least 45,000. Put in perspective, the swine flu vaccine was taken off the market which only resulted in 53 deaths.”
She included a copy of the affidavit.

1)Using the PCR test the CDC said could confuse COVID19 with flu or
2) The PCR test that could generate a false positive by running too many PCR cycles?

One morning a husband returns to the cabin after several hours of fishing and decides to take a nap.
Although not familiar with the lake, the wife decides to take the boat out, since it is such a beautiful day. She motors out a short distance, anchors, and reads her book.
Along comes a Game Warden in his boat. He pulls up alongside the woman and says," Good morning, Ma'am, what are you doing"?
"Reading a book," she replies, (thinking, "Isn't that obvious"?)
"You're in a Restricted Fishing Area," he informs her.
"I'm sorry, officer, but I'm not fishing, I'm reading."
"Yes, but you have all the equipment. I'll have to write you up a ticket."
"For reading a book"? she replies.
"You're in a Restricted Fishing Area," he informs her again.
"But officer, I'm not fishing, I'm reading."
"Yes, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment. I'll have to write you up a ticket and you'll have to pay a fine."
"If you do that, I'll have to charge you with sexual assault," says the woman.
"But I haven't even touched you," says the Game Warden.
"That's true, but you have all the equipment. For all I know you could start at any moment."
"Have a nice day ma'am," and he immediately departed.
MORAL: Never argue with a woman who reads. It's likely she can also think.

Excuse my language, but this entire thing is an absolute SHIT SHOW.
We have an experimental mRNA treatment--NOT a vaccination --that obviously DOES NOT WORK. People are getting Covid right and left in Israel, despite a >90% jab rate.
And oh ya, the jab itself kills people from side effects that in the past had vaccines pulled in a heartbeat.
They were beyond orgasmic at the chance to try it out. So much so that they outlawed effective treatment, in order to get the Emergency Use Ok from FDA.
They have, and they need to admit failure.
This is treatable, even preventable with Ivermectin.
Keep taking the zinc, vitamin D, rinsing your nose, gargling with Listerine, washing your hands.

·
Back in June, I wrote about transactional politics:
“I am of the belief that politics are far too transactional, too much "what can you do for me?", and especially so when the "do" is done by spending other people's money, many of whom would disagree with that spending.
Politics should be more philosophical and aspirational, and let the people figure the rest out by making decisions that are in their own rational best interests.”
I have been getting weekly newsletters from my congressman’s office and they are filled with transactional items. “We’re working on this bill or that bill” and “We have secured $6 million in federal funding for local public transportation needs”, things like that.
But you know what is missing?
Anything about how our congressman is fighting against the erosion of our liberty and the direct assault by the Democrats on the Bill of Rights.
The best example of what I mean begins with the fact that the left called President trump an authoritarian, a fascist and that he was going to destroy our “democracy” if he were allowed to stay in office. They claim that the 1/6 violence the Capitol was in “insurrection” by Trumpist “terrorists”, one designed to overthrow the government and give Trump dictatorial powers.
How about a quick review of events since 1/6?
• Unarmed civilian, Ashli Babbitt, was shot in the neck and killed, we still do not know who shot her.
• The “occupation” ended in around three hours and Congress returned to work.
• The people who committed crimes arrests began, people are facing charges, and some have been in jail since January.
• Democrats immediately began posting about their PTSD and life-threatening situations on social media, calling for immediate arrest of anyone at the Capitol that day whether they were part of the violence or not.
• The news media went into overdrive to carry the message from the Democrats that this was an armed, violent insurrection and the country and the Constitution was at risk.
• Banks, credit cards, car hire companies, hotels, and airlines unconstitutionally shared personal and private data from charges on credit and debit cards, car rentals, hotel reservation records, the airline ticket records with the FBI and DOJ.
• Amazon Web Services took Parler offline.
• Democrats and their allies immediately began calling for restrictions in First Amendment rights.
• Democrats and their allies immediately began calling for investigations of “extremists”, calling for punishment for people who were not even there.
• Hundreds, maybe thousands, were banned from Facebook, YouTube and Twitter for “incitement” or “misinformation” if any mention of the 2020 election was posted.
• President Trump was permanently banned from social media.
• Several corporations announced that they were cutting off donations to any politician or organization that did not parrot, word for word, the official line that there was no fraud and 2020 was the most secure election ever.
• The Capitol complex was ringed with steel fences, razor wire and troops under Nancy Pelosi’s orders.
• Now we are threatened with mandatory vaccination with Democrat elected officials, political figures and media talking heads calling for any unvaccinated to be treated the same way Hitler treated the Jews, making them non-persons and ruining their lives.
And President Trump has been out of office for 6 months.
Add to that the renewed talk of vaccine passports, mandatory masking, and more lockdowns combined with the admission the Biden administration is working with Facebook to remove anything they don't like.
So, who do you suppose is the authoritarian, the fascist, and the enemies of the Constitution now?
So many of our micro-level issues that are being addressed by passing laws, creating regulations, and signing executive orders could be fixed by macro-level actions that restored our rights and adhered to the “shall nots” in the Constitution.
You can’t stop the erosion of our liberties by passing a bill to ban CRT, CRT is just the latest distraction while the Democrats set their sights on expanding the surveillance state into a police state.
And where are our Republican Congressmen and Congresswomen on these things?
Sadly, most are MIA. There is no organized resistance to the unequal application of the law, nobody pressing to have FBI, DOJ and government actors punished for what they are known to have done. Nobody seems to be interested that we slid closer a third world socialist state in the past 6 months than at any time since Wilson or FDR.
We need a stand for our liberty more than we need grants for public transportation and bike paths.
And if they will not do it, we must.

MLK was a "criminal" for not complying with LEO's orders. So were thousands of civil rights demonstrators.
In last year's riots, the police and city management went completely AWOL and abandoned their posts.
The Capitol has had several bombings over the last 50 years, I believe one fatal.
3 hours does not meet the insurrection litmus test. It has to be at least 6 according to the Nancy Pelosi scale.
As far as I know the audits are still chugging along. Any news?
This manufactured crisis may be the last straw for many.

The Capitol is sacred, but not st johns church or the gates of the white house where someone immolated themselves last year.

That Julie Kelly link is something.
If a white cop had shot an unarmed black woman coming through a doorway would the GOP choad say that was just dandy?
If an unarmed person isn't complying with orders you either let him or her go if there is no particular danger or you arrest them.
Then he compounds it by saying the officer was found innocent of any wrongdoing. Huh?
A leftwing prosecutor let him off the hook because he shot an enemy of the state. That's not quite being found innocent. By that logic the guy who put the icepick through Trotsky's brain was innocent cuz Stalin didn't prosecute his own assassin.
The GOP better purge these softies or they're going to be holding a going out of business sale.

Sometimes, things just pop in my head that I think I remember but can't quite remember why.
Has nothing to do with my advancing age and mental acuity.

Do the news map of the CEO of RobinHood against the the calendar of Goldman Sach’s IPO launch and the US Atty of the Northern District of California.
Right up to today’s information, him never being registered to “execute”, let alone “supervise” securities transactions. The IPO would be the final execution of financial fraud.
Or the largest digital honeytrap ever. As we now know from Colonial’s ransomeware episode, all electronic trades are traceable.
All of them.
This fuse is burning, and I’m looking at it.

No, this grab was “current”. Bankers Emails MUST be archived, not texts.
Seizing phone time stamps any and all texts.
They were already watching the texts via the phone providers. Unquestionably. It was publicly announced months ago. Yet the IPO looms….
