Jack. I was sorry to read that you still have problems getting a good night sleep. I wish I had an answer for you.

I had the same problem when I was in rehab (Mind you, I still don't sleep well). They even prescribed mild pills to help, which they did not. I ended up not worrying about lack of sleep.

What I did have was first a laptop, then an IPAD, which I placed on the table that goes above the bed (Also had charging extension cords for both and the cell phone,and a multiple plug extension cord, so I could leave everything on the table).

In the evening I would watch TV/Movies (Via Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Youtube) using the IPAD or laptop, with the sound reduced. I also listened to books using Audible. I did fall asleep for a couple of hours at a time. The main thing was that I did feel better, and stopped worrying about not getting enough sleep.

I also understood that what I did was a chicken and egg thing, and that maybe I would get more sleep if I switched everything off. I did try, to no avail.

My solution was prompted by the fact that I was in a wheelchair and did not appreciate getting in and out of bed. Also, at one stage, I was forbidden from even sitting up in bed while a skin graft was healing.

Also, I did have the correct type of bed and mattress designed to minimize the risk of pressure sores.

Highly recommend listening to a replay of Trump’s speech. Lots of specifics and bombs thrown. I am tired and may miss some stuff, but he talked about inflation, Hillary’s law firm being involved with the New York DA, Obama, TV generals, Joe ‘s mental state, his passing a cognitive test while Ronnie Jackson was his doctor, support for theCanadian truckers, political prisoners in DC AND HOW HE WOULD PUT A STOP TO IT EVEN IF IT TOOK A PARDON, (indicating to me he is running) .

Clarice, my husband reads you every Sunday morning, before I've fired up the computer, and comes in all excited and wants to chat about it.

We watched Neil Oliver for a bit last night then searched for Canadian trucker news and found it on Russia Today! I had been through the Saturday Times of London and Telegraph and not a peep on the huge Canadian protest, even though the Queen is their sovereign.

Is not reporting, at all, misinformation?

My husband said "when you define something as misinformation, you are implying bad faith on the part of the person giving the information."

The Daily Mail is doing it's part in the misinformation stakes by saying there are only 50,000 protestors and Trudeau is being threatened personally "at his office". The lawyers who are advising the protestors have supplied documents saying not to threaten him at home, as this could be used against the protestors. I guess his office on a weekend is the Daily Mail's idea of a scary threat now.
